I’m so old. I can remember when Skoda’s were cheap. Mind you, VW didn’t own them, back in the olden days, and having to try and recoup some of their losses, from emissions gate. £39,000 for a base model. Ouch! 😊
£39000 for the base model 😂. For that you buy a car which is heavy , doesn’t go round bends very well and has the affront to have a vRS badge on one version. Yuk
I am sorry , but since when it is OK to have a 40k+ car that with visible panels inside the car? And then You have the people that mock panel gaps , when this shit exists in production. If it was something in 10-15 k range, sure save money where You can. But this is unacceptable.
No they don't. My Fiat 500 does, which is ok cause it supposed to be like that , and cheap. My vans do also - so its OK cause commercial vehicles , But somehow its OK for VW group for almost every car ? I mean I drove Chevrolet Captiva from 2008 and it wasn't showing outside paint inside the car and huge panel gaps, and that was considered a budget car. None of the French cars do. So i cant take Your 90% argument - except for 90 % of VAG group.
I guess it depends how customers react to it and whether it is significant enough to influence the perception of quality. There are clearly visible panels but it’s not like something from 20 years ago where it was all panel with some plastic stuck on as an embellishment. To me, the flashes look intentional and the only difference they’re making is aesthetic. I don’t mean to say you are wrong but rather to point out that it’s a very subjective matter of taste. They could have clad those areas in hard or soft plastic that nobody will ever touch except when detailing the car. It would make no difference except use more material.
Appreciate the speedy practical bits. Others spend way too long on this.

Hi Vanarama, thank you for taking the time to review the Enyaq Coupé. We appreciate your feedback. 💚
I always look forward to seeing and hearing your reviews, you could rate a cobblestone and make it interesting.
I would add "Need to know" that if you want one prepare to long lead time especially if you choose 4x4.
1:58 you mean hazard triangle holder?
Looks nice what happened to the draggy times ?! It’s all about racing between red lights in Ev s lol

Oh dear, this isn't the Marc Nichol I subscribed to. Please bring back the old one and his dodgy jokes.

I would say over 90% cars have visible panels inside. Majority them is just painted black so those match better with window rubber seals.

Who kidnapped Mark? Who's this sold out salesperson?
Someone stole my joke book. When the police find it, I’ll be back. 😁👍
We wait for his return, but fear it might be some time
