    My question is about 10:40, where you said repeating the previous paragraph is wrong (though he paraphrased it).
    By using your style, it happened a lot to me that I get a feedback of "The transition between paragraphs could be smoother ". I guess it is indeed expected to connect the previous paragraph to the new one. It is seems like trade-off to me; how this challenge can be addressed.

    At this point, learning how to not write a bad essay is almost like learning how to write good poetry. Also, is a concession statement at the end of each body paragraph not required for a discussion essay?

      Not necessarily. You can accomplish the entire "discussion" in one paragraph.
