Pearl harbour was not even in us main land. It is in hawai, the island state of us in pacific, close to japan. Japan decided to attack us after the us oil embargo over japan. Their cost benefit analysis concluded that, attacking us is far better than undergoing us oil sanction.

Very well explained...thank you for the detailed information...However you could have mentioned about attack by Japan at US' Air base 'Pearl Harbour' with that US was compelled to take part in 2nd world war by declaring war against Japan, which was the main reason for why US selected Japan to deploy Nueclear Bomb.
Pearl harbour was not even in us main land. It is in hawai, the island state of us in pacific, close to japan.
Japan decided to attack us after the us oil embargo over japan. Their cost benefit analysis concluded that, attacking us is far better than undergoing us oil sanction.
