Dunno if you ever got an answer to this or figured it out yourself, but there is a version of this you can get on PC called K-Shoot Mania, and someone has completely charted all the songs from SDVX 1 and 2, and a good number of songs from SDVX 3. Though you'd need to get an Arcade style controller to thoroughly enjoy the game it was meant to be played, and the cheapest one out there is around $160

Making a controller is also (relatively) simple and can be cheaper. I built mine for about $70.
