We went by Easyjet Flight and the fare was 40 euro /person for single trip. However the prices may fluctuate. I will also suggest to check FLIX bus ticket if you want to travel on budget. It will take near about 8hrs to reach from Berlin to Amsterdam but you can check for buses that departs at night.
