I had been debating taking the chance and doing this and I have to admit, I think this video really pushed me to make it official. I really resonated with the woman who said she pushes herself out of her comfort zone to be amongst people she doesn't know and it always works out. I think I'll be doing this in the Fall!
Amazing! Happy you resonated with her and that this video helps you in making this decision for yourself! I hope it will bring you many beautiful things :)
As a madeiran living abroad I love to watch these videos where I get to see my homeland through the eyes of foreigners. I am always so proud of my heritage and I visit Madeira in June/July 2021
Hey Maria, that is amazing to hear! I am happy that you have enjoyed watching this video and thank you very much for leaving such a kind reply! Tudo de bom! :)
This is super informative! Love the story and to learn from different nomads how they experience Madeira! Makes me wanna go there! Great job on the editing! Nailed your first video!💯👏🏻
What a great and informative video, thank you for uploading Monica. I've watched a couple of interviews with Gonçalo, however it's also interesting to get a perspective from the nomads themselves, which by all accounts is extremely positive. Subbed!
Hi Miserere, thank you very much for your comment & sub :) I appreciate that and I am happy to hear you have found the video informative! 2nd video is on its way :D
The Castelo Branco area in Portugal is full of brits, but internet is not so good. I selected to relocate to Coimbra just because of speeds of 90 Mbps, & 40/50 are normal. I´m considering Ponta do Sol, & measure internet speeds with Ookla. Please tell me: how is the internet speed there? Greetings from Coimbra-Calhabé 🙂
Very nice video, thanks ! May I ask to people who've been there which budget one should plan to go there for a month? (price of activities mentioned in the video, usual price for restaurant, rent a car...)
Hi Shawna, thank you for your query. There are definitely accommodations that do allow pets. It is always best to contact and ask the landlord/host before booking. I know a girl in the Digital Nomad Community, for example, who also travels with her dog - which kinda became a mascotte in the outdoor coworking area - so no problem :) I hope this answers your question, but if you'd like more information, or like to sign up (for free) to Digital Nomads Madeira; I advice to have a look on their website, which can be found in the description below this video and ofcourse I'd be more than happy to help too :)
Good evening! It really depends on what you are looking for. Feel free to connect with me on instagram: @themadeiratravelista and tell me a bit more about your budget etc

Hi! Thank you very much! 🤗 I don't know what is D7 visa, but the project for Digital Nomads started last February, so quite recent.
I am local, and I am enjoying
Happy to hear that! Thank you 😊

What about Pets?! I work and travel with my small dog (5lbs 13 years old), but am afraid that the accommodations will not allow her?
