[Ids5621-Retro] The older Family Guy had some funny lines, animated movement and proper timing, so it was actually quite funny. Now, it is just mostly overdone shock humor with needless violence and cutaways. Only a couple jokes at best get a chuckle.
I really like the early Family Guy episodes, the humor and satire was much more clever. Now they rely too much on shock value and gross humor. The show is really past it's prime just like Simpsons.
The more awkward animation of early Family Guy makes this way more entertaining than it should be. I like to watch it slowed down just to see every frame, especially Peter's breakdance followed by the worm
