However, don't try to learn dub cork without cork lol, but you can have gainer without backflip and vice versa.
Recently pulled my lower right back, due to wrong Aerial kick. How long it is advices to hold trainings? It's been almost 2 weeks and I don't feel pain anymore, but I'm afraid that once I resume doing stretches and kicks, the pain will return and will become even worse.

Smart now but just do simple stretches and after a week of that if you feel confident you can start training like before
