    10.10 x Kickstand Flexed Belly Good Morning
    5/5 x Viper Front Press
    10 x 2h Ready Alt Staggered Squat
    FINISHER
    3 Sets of Tabata
    Set a Tabata timer for Rounds of 30 sec On + 15 sec of rest
    1 set = 8 alternating rounds of
    A. Glute bridge
    B. Tall Plank Shoulder Taps
    C. High Knees
    D. Side to Side Reverse Crunch

    Too expensive. Especially considering I’ve already purchased a club set + add on kit.
    I’d consider it if you dropped the price
