I met Elijah Wood a few years back. He was the nicest guy in the world. Had him autograph my LOTR Bluray box , and my blu ray of Maniac. You have a really cool autograph collection there👍👍
Strange how UA-cam works, stumbled across your channel and this is the third video I’ve watched! Fantastic collection, looking forward to catching up with more all the way from Leicester in England
I got to meet a few of Scream cast members at a Monster Mania Con as well. Back in November 2023 in Pa. Sadly the lines for Skeet and Matt were capped, but Neve, Roger, Jamie and David were all great! Too bad I can never open that Scream steelbook ever again! 😂
What specific marker(s) do you use for autographs on your posters? It looks like silver is a great color but wondering what specific type of pens. I’m only used to getting Funko Pops signed with paint pens 😅
I met skeet at flashback weekend in Chicago and he was so nice. He asked where I worked and talked for about 5 min. He also had no line so that could have something to do with it.
I agree, silver is the best. Sharpies are great, but sometimes don’t work. While I have never tried it personally, I hear decocolor paint pens are amazing.
Amazing collection I just sent in a poster of Star Wars episode 3 to get signed by ewon mcgregor and Hayden christensen not going to be able to meet them unfortunately it’s like a private signing that two different company’s are doing but anyways what king of frames do you use? I heard like over time the signature will stick to the glass over time talked to a few people and they say to get matted with the frame but just asking for advice thanks!
Hey! I get these snap frames from Walmart… they’re cheap and get the job done. I haven’t had any problems with sticking yet, but I have with other frames. That’s awesome you set to Ewan and Hayden. I met Ewan and he was awesome, but the line was ridiculous. Hayden has been to a few cons I’ve been at, but it’s really hard to meet him. I’m a fan, but not “wait 8 hours in line” fan. Private signings seem to be the way to do it!
@@camlector yea man I’m a huge fan but I idk if I can wait that long in line lol but yea I’ll probably not meet them but at least I’ll have something of them you know? Lol and yea I got been to few cons meet people but I probably just had a private signing if it’s someone like Hayden and ewen that is it going to be near me at all lol but okay okay thanks I’ll check them out next time I’m there
@@camlector are you going to any more conventions this year and maybe do a full collection tour of all of the autographs I would like to see that video
@@nathanielbinns3814 I have a small MonsterMania video coming tomorrow and am attending Megacon Orlando at the end of the month… a complete autograph video would take a LOOOOONG time… but maybe I’ll do it sometime…
Totally get that, I guess it’s just preference. I like things personalized, I think it makes the item more unique to me. If I just wanted Ewan McGregor’s autograph without personalization, I would buy it off eBay or a private signing.
I was thinking the same thing, but hey if it's what he wants then nobody can say boo. I just hate to see a really nice collector's item that most likely won't get passed on to future fans. Unless their name is Cameron. Also, what made you not like "They Live"? That movie is so brilliant. I know it's not scary, but it is a philosophical horror with an interesting juxtaposition on classism.
@@nuancedgamer3609 I know some people don’t like personalization, especially the “intense collectors,” but I just see them more as decorations and ways to express that I’m a fan of a movie. I don’t plan on ever selling them, I just like the experience of adding signatures to my collection. Dude, I wanted to love “They Live” so much!!!! I didn’t hate it, but was definitely let down by it, especially because I love John Carpenter’s work so much. Halloween, The Fog, and Someone’s Watching Me are some of my favorite movies and I just feel like this one didn’t live up to the hype.
What's the point of collecting/working on signed posters? Hello, in this day of age not forgetting that you have to pay for essentially for "C" has-been actors you will NEVER EVER Complete your posters! Where are the main names?
I mean… it’s a hobby. I enjoy it, totally get it’s not for everyone. Except for The Thing, I don’t think any of the posters are missing the “main names”. That’s what’s great about cons, almost everyone does them.

Fright Night poster, signed by the very man himself. one of my fav vampire movies, alongside Lost Boys.

That sucks to hear about Skeet Ulrich. I met him last year and he was pretty cool to me and my dad.
