@@filomenofalguerajr.4519 yes, actually it was a dome to make a "dish" that the model is sitting in (to make it look infinite)

Looks like a limitation on Enscape. It only gives you a single refraction bounce. You would need at least 5 bounces to see all the way through.
Yep! single bounce for reflections in real-time and 2 for the GI.
