      Thank you. I think it's important to study interior photos and interior photographers techniques and to try to apply that to your composition. Also try to use real lenses (24mm, 35 mm, 50mm, 80mm etc)

    I am working with Rhino + Enscape, not a fan of Sketchup.
    However, stunning result and smart lighting method with the very basic default lights! appreciate!
    Looking forward to see tutorials of outdoor architecture scenes (same scene rendered in both Day and Night time) as well as indoor scene at night in the future.

      I was wondering.. Do we get a similar result if I practice your lighting method in Rhino? (with "Enscape for Rhino" we can only use default Rhino Lights, there is no light objects in Enscape) have u tried your lighting approach in Rhino?

    Really great results! Can you share how or where you get the texture maps? I noticed even the ceiling has what appears to be some sort of texture to give a realistic uneven look to the paint. Great work!

      Thank you. I like to put realistic textures everywhere and I avoid just plain colors on walls or ceilings. I get a lot of my textures from poliigon and textures.com

    Great video. Thank you for sharing it. Did you use a video of a fireplace? Could you tell me how you got the fire's reflection to have a realistic look?

      I used a video texture of a fire burning on a black background. I didn't do anything special for the reflections.

      @@samirtagounits48 the lights normally appear in reflections. The idea is to use them like a photographer, outside the frame, behind the camera to the left or right and try not to put them in front of a mirror or reflective surface.

    Very nice. Question- do you mostly purchase high quality 3d models (furniture, objects etc) or download from the SketchUp warehouse?

      I try to do both, but the quality of bought assets is a lot better. I also model a lot of the furniture myself.

    @9:37 : Chris Fulmer's "Scale and Rotate Multiple", then Scale and Rotate randomly, then 1 and 1 to min and max scales, and 0 and 10 to min and max rotation.

    Ma bucur sa te descopar !!! Sunt arhitect de interior si am descoperit de curand acest program . Nu am descoperit insa pana acum , cum sa folosesc si luminile din interior si lumina naturala din exterior in acelasi timp . Imi poti spune, te rog, despre ce setare este vorba ? De asemenea perdelele imi dau batai de cap... (par din plastic) daca ai un sfat pentru mine, il astept cu interes . Multumesc mult! P.S : felicitari pentru tutoriale!

      Salut. Pentru lumini trebuie setata doar intensitatea mai mare ca sa arate natural cind ai lumina de afara care intra in incapere. La perdea o sa fac un tutorial dar ideea e sa nu faci perdeaua transparenta din Sketchup. In Enscape materialul de perdea il faci "foliage" si ii pui o textura de transparency.

    amazing technique ! thanks for sharing ! I used the linear lights outside the windows but I can see them in the reflections ... how can I solve this issue ?

      Thank you! The problem is that all enscape lights are visible in reflections, so what I do, is to move them just outside of the shot. This way they won't be visible in the reflection. You will probably have to adjust the intensity when you move them further away.

    Hey thanks for the tutorial. I'm new to this. I have some problem, when i put lighting in the modeling it wont showed up on realtime render. The lighting did not work for me :( any solution?

      Thank you! I would check if the intensity of the lights is high enough and if the lights are not behind an opaque wall or curtain or something. Also you can write on the Enscape forum and send a log file to check what the problem is.

    How do you keep the Enscape windows on top? I use TwinMotion. I tried Enscape but I really disliked the workflow with one monitor, having to change between windows all the time... go to Sketchup, move camera, pick a material, go to Enscape material panel, check result on Enscape render window...

      I use a free software called turbo top or always on top works well to. And you can choose which window will always be on top.

    how did u disabled emissive plane in exterior in rendering??

      You can disable it just by adjusting the material to not be emissive or turn intensity to zero.

    Hello sir. I would like to ask if how do u keep enscape on top of skp even your clicking at skp workspace. It doesn’t work for me. I have a really small laptop screen so this would help my problem. Thank you
