I don't think these are the best plants for containers. Some suggested will be unattractive in winter as they die down, (ferns)others will turn leggy and awful very soon( verbena). Not a good choice this was.
I watched feeling quite aghast at the lack of info, what type of soil, evergreen v deciduous etc. I reckon this You Tuber works for a garden centre and wants you to buy plants that will not survive so you come back and buy more?
