The Valley Temple of Khafre, also known as the "Granite Temple" is located in 620 meters to the east of the Pyramid of Khafre. It is located at the very end of the "Ceremonial Causeway", connecting it with the Upper Pyramid Temple.
Dimensions of the temple are: perimiter - 45 x 45 meters; height - 12 meters. Its main hall has 16 granite pillars.
Perimeter walls of the Temple are made as follows: exterior casing - granite, inner layer - limestone, interior casing of the temple and columns - granite.
