Pipeline tiers actually are from 1 to 5 not 4. Also you can't start actually recruiting a prospect until you offer a scholarship. So in the very first week you need to be scouting prospects and offering scholarships to the prospects you wanna go after. The only things you can do in that very first week are scout and offer scholarships.
Is the there a way to upgrade pipelines a level? If so how? Also do you know if there’s a way to progress players in the regular season? I see their skill coins or whatever but it doesn’t let me distribute them to attributes
@Xorame There are actually some coach abilities that raise your pipeline levels but you have to unlock and purchase those. I believe you can use those coins on the players to upgrade groups of skills. There are several skills included in broader groups. You can upgrade those broader groups and the skills within the group will upgrade.
coordinators carry a pipeline as well, so if you want into a new pipeline, I guess you could change oc or DC. but that probably kills coaching stability.

A huge bug in Dynasty is the potential to advance your week without actually playing your game manually, leaving it up to the computer to simulate. So, if you're focused on recruiting and you advance your week, thinking you've already played your game, you're out of luck. There is no warning. No prompt. The result comes in and you have to accept it. I'm hoping I am missing something that allows you to go back, but I haven't seen it.
Can you talk about redshirting and player progression over the season/off-season? Is it better to play a recruit or sit him and how will his overall change.
First of all, I do love the game. I'm so glad a college football game is back, and I have no intention of giving up on it. Although, in addition to a few of the bugs and options that are just missing, like being able to change a player's jersey # and a couple other things, the super sim is just a joke. For the most part it doesn't really matter to me because I don't use it that much in general. But in scenarios like RTG, if you sign to a team where you won't be a starter right away, entire games are going to be simmed. And even when you do play, everything on the other side of the ball is going to be entirely simmed. I've started 2 different RTG seasons with Tennessee, which starts the season at #15, one as a WR and another as a QB, both of which take a while before becoming a starter, and started out both seasons 1-3 against FCS Southeast, NC State, Kent State and Oklahoma. Oklahoma isn't all that surprising, but losing to both FCS Southeast and Kent State @ home every time? Nah, something's broken. And there's a bug if, after the game, once you're back to the RTG hub, you go check out the box score and team stats for that simmed game/loss. It shows your team stats in one column, as it should, but in the other column it shows the stats for a team you didn't even play. In the other column, every stat is just 0 from top to bottom. In the quarter breakdown, it shows how many points your team scored per quarter in one row, as it should, and in the other it just shows for each quarter 1st - 0 2nd - 0 3rd - 0 4th - 0 and Final: 0 - 25 for a game that you lost because the other team scored more than 25 points. And the reason it's showing "0" for all of those stats is because it's randomly showing you the team stats for Air Force, which is of course odd because you didn't play them. I assumed it's probably showing Air Force there because their team comes first in alphabetical order, but it's not a stat that has a drop-down menu to choose which team you want to look at. It's just a box score that shows the game stats for the 2 teams from that game, and nothing else, it's just the wrong team. Just to look a little further, I backed out and went and looked at the team schedule for Air Force. The game I'm talking about, my Tennessee against FCS Southeast, was the 1st game of the season on Sat, Aug 31st. Turns out that Air Force is scheduled to play FCS Southeast for *_their_* first game of the season, on Aug 31st. Again, I'm loving the game, and it's neither the end of the world nor all that surprising that a game like this with a such a broad scope, with so many mechanics and dimensions, so many teams, players, modes and features, has a few bugs. And I've never been the type to expect absolute perfection from a game, any game, and then go give it a 1-star review as soon as that expectation is not met. But as far as bugs go, it does have some pretty annoying ones that I really hope they put some effort into fixing.
They NEED to fix the schedules. I play as Wisconsin, and it doesn't have us play Iowa every year even though we are rivals and play every year. The big ten schedule is released through 2028, so there is no reason why they can't have all those games correct. Also, I've played Minnesota at home 3 years straight, and it needs to rotate

I can't get anyone with a strong leg no matter how good my team is.I'm also sick of being listed ahead of another team and somehow they get the guy..I've built my team up to a 4 star from 1.5 and a NC..Should be able to get 5 star recruits by now but only had 2 in 7 seasons. That's ridiculous.There don't seem to be any kickers above a 3 star either, yet I see other teams' kickers with KP of 97 for example..The biggest problem is EA servers not working at this time. Every time so no loading rosters either...
I hope EA fixes some things before the full game comes out like for equipment visors. I only saw Oakley and unbranded visors in the early game/beta. I hope they add Adidas and under armor and Nike for visors.
Every time I try to create a new dynasty after the previous one crashes following three years, it keeps crashing and I've tried several times, resulting in the loss of all my records and statistics, what's going on?

So, for example, if a recruit commits to your school or a different school, and you were spending 40 hours on that recruit, those 40 hours will be given back to you since they are no longer applied to that recruit. If the recruit does not commit/lock you out, the hours will stay applied to that recruit unless you remove them. 2. The full bar is their interest, but the reason it has two different sections is because it shows the difference from last week to this week. The less shaded sort of the bar is the new interest gained after advancing the week.

You can only recruit 35 players total each year, remember you only have 35 scholarships. So even if you have your board all filled up with 35 commits, you won't be able to actually get anyone else. Make sense?

That is the deal breaker. Some recruits have a grade requirement for you to get them. You can see this at 0:53. It could be your athletic facilities, your championship contender rating, etc.
I offer as soon as possible. Idk if thats technically the right thing to do or not but it seems to work for me. As far as getting your scholarships back you have to remove them from your board.

You need to be strategic when removing hours. When I'm easily in the lead for a recruit, I might take some hours away to give to a different recruit where it is a tighter battle. So it depends if it "hurts" you are not.
makes no sense how i’m tier 3 pipeline and 12-0 have max interest all year just for ole miss to steal five stars while 1-11 bc they have better pipelines from their coaches im not playing as a real coach and im not losing to schools that shouldn’t be getting the prospects that i cant it genuinely needs a overhaul
it seems like pitches are better after the recruit is in their top 5. if you want a little extra boost, I stack dm onto a hard pitch to max out the 50 hours.
So I skipped a whole lot of steps. I didn’t do the recruiting talking stage or anything I just been offering scholarships left and right like candy to people. Unless theirs no order on how to do things.
The recruiting activities you used on them last week carry over to the next week, so you would have to remove the activities. But, yes, you get 50 hours per player per week
Maybe i'm doing something wrong but I only had 800 hours in total? and i've been getting 5-10 hours every week I advance? I'm playing on Varsity difficulty so maybe it could be that
like you see 10/800? you get a total of 800 hours each week, but actions carry over week to week. so basically the 10 means you only have 10 hours free to assign to a recruit. if you need more hours for an action, you have to unassign an action somewhere else.

unless the recruit commits or you get locked out, those hours stay assigned each week. if I have a big lead on one recruit, I sometimes will unassign actions for him so I can put more focus on another recruit I'm trailing on.
you also get them back if you remove a noncommited recruit from your board. some guys I know I'm not gonna land so I drop them and use those hours elsewhere.
It kind of sounds like something that takes a lot of time that you could be playing your season. They need a simpler recruiting system for those who want it simplified like me. It still needs a PC version. More computers that consoles.

Don’t you get more green arrow influence if you just do the 5,10,25 hour option for a total of 40 hours vs just doing send the house for 50 hours?

Pitches give way more influence or way less hours. The maximum benefit is doing a hard sell on an ideal pitch that is rated well for your school.

You need to be strategic when removing hours. When I'm easily in the lead for a recruit, I might take some hours away to give to a different recruit where it is a tighter battle. So it depends if it "hurts" you are not.
makes no sense how i’m tier 3 pipeline and 12-0 have max interest all year just for ole miss to steal five stars while 1-11 bc they have better pipelines from their coaches im not playing as a real coach and im not losing to schools that shouldn’t be getting the prospects that i cant it genuinely needs a overhaul

What the prospect is rated out of the state they’re from. There’s national rank, state rank and position rank

I actually wondered the same thing. I've been hard selling over sending the house but truly don't know which is "better"

it seems like pitches are better after the recruit is in their top 5. if you want a little extra boost, I stack dm onto a hard pitch to max out the 50 hours.

You can switch it back to the old passing style in settings. I play strictly offline and don’t care to learn the new passing mechanics.

So I skipped a whole lot of steps. I didn’t do the recruiting talking stage or anything I just been offering scholarships left and right like candy to people. Unless theirs no order on how to do things.

The recruiting activities you used on them last week carry over to the next week, so you would have to remove the activities. But, yes, you get 50 hours per player per week

They are still in high school at the time of commitment so they go on your roster the following season
Maybe i'm doing something wrong but I only had 800 hours in total? and i've been getting 5-10 hours every week I advance? I'm playing on Varsity difficulty so maybe it could be that
like you see 10/800? you get a total of 800 hours each week, but actions carry over week to week. so basically the 10 means you only have 10 hours free to assign to a recruit. if you need more hours for an action, you have to unassign an action somewhere else.
@@inhale1yea exactly, I didn’t know you could unassign hours and then distribute them elsewhere. I also don’t know how he apparently got 600 new hours every week, cuz that’s what need lol
unless the recruit commits or you get locked out, those hours stay assigned each week. if I have a big lead on one recruit, I sometimes will unassign actions for him so I can put more focus on another recruit I'm trailing on.
you also get them back if you remove a noncommited recruit from your board. some guys I know I'm not gonna land so I drop them and use those hours elsewhere.

It kind of sounds like something that takes a lot of time that you could be playing your season. They need a simpler recruiting system for those who want it simplified like me. It still needs a PC version. More computers that consoles.
I believe you can set the recruiting to automatic or let the CPU handle it

assigned actions carry over week to week. so unless they commit or you get locked out, those hours are still assigned to that recruit. to free up hours for other actions or recruits you have to unassign action from somewhere else.

You leave it on there weekly. It's just like the other actions. You can leave it there or remove it

Madden franchise mode way easier the NCAA football is more fun to play but the recruiting and getting players on your team they made it to difficult
Why they cant just recruit at the end of the season like Madden the recruiting is the only thing I don't like about the game I think if you're winning championships they should want to come they made it difficult
