    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups
    -Sooji (Semolina) ½ Cup
    -Sugar powdered 1 Cup
    -Safed til (Sesame seeds) 2 tbs
    -Khopra (Desiccated coconut) 1 & ½ tbs
    -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
    -Desi ghee 3 tbs
    -Doodh (Milk) lukewarm ½ Cup
    -Badam (Almonds) sliced 2 tbs
    -Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2 tbs
    -Cooking oil for frying
    Directions:
    -In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,semolina,sugar,sesame seeds,desiccated coconut,cardamom powder and mix well.
    -Add desi ghee and mix well until it crumbles (4-5 minutes).
    -Add milk and knead until dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
    -Divide the dough into 2 equal parts,take one part and spread it.
    -Add almonds and knead dough again.
    -Sprinkle all-purpose flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
    -Cut into round shape with the help of round cutter 2.5” inch (makes 14-15).
    -Take second part and spread it.
    -Add pistachios and knead dough again.
    -Sprinkle all-purpose flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
    -Cut into round shape with the help of round cutter 2.5” inch (makes 14-15).
    -In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry on low flame until golden & crispy (8-10 minutes).
    -Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 1 month.

    Ajza:

    -Bowl mein maida,sooji,cheeni,safed til,khopra aur elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Desi ghee dal dein aur crumble hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein (4-5 minutes)
    -Doodh dal dein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 30 minute kliya chor dein.
    -Dough ko 2 equal parts mein divide ker lein,ek part lein aur pheela lein.
    -Badam dal ker dubara ghond lein.
    -Maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
    -Round cutter 2.5” inch ki madad sa round shape mein cut ker lein (makes 14-15).
    -Dosra part lein aur pheela lein.
    -Pista dal ker dubara ghond lein.
    -Maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
    -Round cutter 2.5” inch ki madad sa round shape mein cut ker lein (makes 14-15).
    -Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per golden & crispy hunay tak fry ker lein (8-10 minutes).
    -Airtight jar mein dal ker 1 month kliya store ker saktay han.
