    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    -Doodh (Milk) ¾ Cup
    -Sugar 1 Cup
    -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted ½ kg
    -Badam powder (Almond powder) ¼ Cup
    -Til (Sesame seeds) 2 tbs
    -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tbs
    -Sooji (Semolina) ½ Cup
    -Ghee (Clarified butter) melted 1/3 Cup
    -Ghee (Clarified butter) melted 1 tsp
    -Anda (Egg) whisked 1
    -Badam (Almonds) sliced
    -Til (Sesame seeds)
    -Cooking oil for frying
    Directions:
    -In a saucepan,add milk,sugar,mix well & bring it to boil.
    -Let it cool at room temperature & set aside.
    -In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,almond powder,sesame seeds,cardamom powder,semolina & mix well.
    -Add clarified butter & mix well until it crumbles.
    -Gradually add dissolved milk & sugar,mix well & knead until dough is formed.
    -Grease with clarified butter,cover & let it rest for 20 minutes.
    -Grease working surface & rolling pin with oil,place dough,make a log shape & cut into 3 portions.
    -Take one portion,make a ball & roll out the dough with the help of rolling pin.
    -Cut into round shape with the help of round cutter 2.5” inch (makes 33-34).
    Option # 1: Air Fry
    -Apply egg with the help of brush,sprinkle almonds & sesame seeds.
    -Air fry at 180C until golden (9-10 minutes).
    Option # 2: Baking
    -Place tikiyan on greased baking tray,apply egg with the help of brush,sprinkle almonds & sesame seeds.
    -Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 25-30 minutes (on both grills).
    Option # 3: Frying
    -In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on low flame until golden & crispy (8-10 minutes).

    Ajza:

    -Saucepan mein doodh aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
    -Room temperature per thanda ker lein & side per rakh dein.
    -Bowl mein maida,badam powder,til,elaichi powder aur sooji dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Ghee dal dein aur crumble ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
    -Thora thora ker ka dissolved doodh & cheeni shamil kertay rahein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
    -Ghee sa grease ker lein aur dhak ker 20 minutes kliya rakh dein.
    -Working surface aur rolling pin ko oil sa grease karein aur dough ko log shape bana lein aur 3 portions mein cut ker lein.
    -Ek portion lein aur ball bana ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
    -Round shape cutter 2.5” ki madad sa round shape mein cur ker lein (makes 33-34).
    Option # 1: Air Fry
    -Brush ki madad sa anda laga lein,badam aur til chirak dein.
    -180C per golden ho janay tak air fry ker lein (9-10 minutes).
    Option # 2: Baking
    -Greased baking tray per tikiyan rakh dein,brush ki madad sa anda laga lein,badam aur til chirak dein.
    -Preheated oven mein 180C per 25-30 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on both grills).
    Option # 3: Frying
    -Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein (8-10 minutes).
