My home is smoke and pet free.
For first time customers; there is a jot form pinned to the top of chat in the blue box, click on that and the form will guide you through the information I need to send the invoice and to mail your items.
I invoice through PayPal, you don't need an account. Simply check out as a guest using the credit card option. PayPal is the safest and most secure check out, I will never see your credit card or banking information. PayPal has a phone number should you need to get a hold of them.
Invoices are sent within 2 days, if you don't receive one, please reach out to me, sometimes there is a typo in the email causing it to not go through or I didn't receive your information.
Payment is due within 2 days of receiving an invoice. If you are unable to pay at that time, please do not claim items at the sale. Others who can pay may want them. Please don't ask in the chat if you can pay later. Please don't ask after the sale if you can pay later. You may ask prior to the sale by private email so that I can set some limits.
Sometimes life brings on UNEXPECTED (too many are using this option and don't understand the meaning of unexpected), if you need more time or just need to cancel, please send an email. If I hear nothing back after 2 days of sending the invoice, I will try to reach you again by email, but eventually will cancel the invoice if we don't connect.
I ask for a few extra days for custom requests, which allows me time to create the item.
Shopping should be fun and no surprise is a good surprise so I can tell you right now how much shipping will be. For one or two jewelry items shipping will be $4, three or more jewelry items, shipping will be free. Small suncatchers, shipping is $6 and larger wind chimes, shipping is capped at $10. I cover the remainder.
