For first time customers; there is a jot form pinned to the top of chat in the blue box, click on that and the form will guide you through the information I need to send the invoice and to mail your items.
I invoice through PayPal, you don't need an account. Simply check out as a guest using the credit card option. PayPal is the safest and most secure check out, I will never see your credit card or banking information. PayPal has a phone number should you need to get a hold of them.
Invoices are sent within 2 days, if you don't receive one, please reach out to me, sometimes there is a typo in the email causing it to not go through or I didn't receive your information.
Sometimes life brings on unexpected expenses, if you need more time or just need to cancel, please send an email. If I hear nothing back after 2 days of sending the invoice, I will try to reach you again by email, but eventually will cancel the invoice if we don't connect.
I ask for a few extra days for custom requests, which allows me time to create the item.
Shopping should be fun and no surprise is a good surprise so I can tell you right now how much shipping will be. For one or two jewelry items shipping will be $4, three or more jewelry items, shipping will be free. Small suncatchers, shipping is $6 and larger wind chimes, shipping is capped at $10. I cover the remainder.
