“Yeah, even if you’re at the required level and have a really good strategy, the 4 advanced bosses will still take plenty of time to defeat.” -Me, before watching this video and learning the reflective veil cheese strat
I do appreciate that you let characters say their full line when you boost to max. Also I don't know why Cyrus's "Looord of Learning~" is so funny, but. It is.
Must say, this entire video was shorter than my time against the Archmagus for the first time (I fought that guy in a slow battle). But good god, seeing all of these combinations and possiblity with this game is so satisfying to see how fun they can be when you break the game. But good god, the Warbringer didn't like the brooklyn beating. Lol
Me: "i finnaly pass ophilia´s and olberic´s that chapter that was diffucult (i was lvl 41-50) also me: sees this guy to beat him with 40-45 lvl characters EXCUES ME WTF
These boss’s are seriously the hardest damn thing I’ve ever attempted to defeat in any game by far. I’ve tried several times with recommendations. Switching up my party and everything. Have the best weapons from doing all the side quests. All of my party is over Lv. 70 and I still can’t manage to beat any of them with the recommended tactics. So I’m just going to grind all the way to Lv. 100 I guess....and if that doesn’t work I guess it’s never happening. Not understanding how people out there beat any of them at Lv.40. Blows my mind.
lol if you cant beat the secret shrine bosses youll never beat the dire wolf or galdera the forbidden 13th god they are way tougher but youll have to get the sorcerer secret job its the most OP job in the game
I ended up beating them at like level 49-53. But i think the key thing with these bosses is making sure you sort of have the right skills equipped and a few gears that's good against certain ones. Basically strategize off the stun/break mechanic and turn order very crucially on these bosses. Also remember that you can't be too defensive or too offensive. There is a specific timing for everything on when and what to do on certain bosses.
Its not about stats, its really about strategy. For example Dreisang and Steorra is weak to reflect veil and Balogar and Winnehild are weak to incite and sidestep.
The Runelord boss fight was very tough but I had used Physical Defense Down when doing the 2x max boost Hired Help Veteran Soldier strat. But it took me a total of 4 attempts to pull off the win and it was with the defense down thing. I also had Alfyn for BP adding too
Huh, I did very similar during the Runeblade guy - except it was abusing the physical buff and debuff with Therion and Olberic, and also doubling Brand's Thunder to do... iirc, 26k each hit? Roughly the same as your mercenaries overall, I'd say. I forget how I dealt with *his* damage to the party, though. I actually had to use a very underpowered Tressa (as I'd not levelled her much at the time) on Winnehild - the damage was just too much to deal with otherwise. Many Seductions were used that day.
What weapons do you use to do that much damage? My party members are at a higher level and can barely do 4,000 damage in one hit besides H’aanit who can do about 11,000 in one hit.
Equipment, abilities, and stacking buffs and debuffs. That will get you much further than mere levels. It’s all about learning how to exploit the system.
He only does when you reach a certain point in his HP, so by doing enough damage you can just skip it by killing him before it happen, this is true for a lot of bosses actually ^^
Omega appears to save up BP points until the boss's defenses are down. Then he has his heavy hitters like Ophillia and Cyrus shoot the spells the enemy is weak to at maximum power. In this case, the damage they deal is around 16k or more per hit. I am level 40, and when I do that I can deal up to 10k damage. I think the level of the weapon you are using is the biggest indicator of how much damage you can do however. You probably should get some good weapons, a lot of pomegranates, and use these strategies if you want to stand a good chance against the immortals.
Ophillia's damage dealt is increased by a large percentage once she becomes a starseer too. Once you beat one of them, the rest probably become easier.
@@valjamin8456 Weaknesses doesn't matter when the ennemy is broken, basically when an ennemy is broken it will not take additionnal damage from his weaknesses and instead take double damage from everything. As for the rest from what I can see he stack : -Magic Buff -Magic Debuff -Scholar's Divine skill Multipliers stack multiplicavly so IIRC that give a 1.5 x 1.5 x 2 damage multiplier so that 4.5 time more damage, Break Double the damage and 4x Boost multiply by 3.7 for spell, so compare to a base spell this end up as a 33.3 multiplier, he is doing 16000 per hit so at base his spells must does around 480.

Normally, I don't like to cheese bosses.
Dreisang is the exception. That reflective veil strat is just too funny.
Good lord that icon for the video, the true embodiment of “MGRGRG!”

Nice touch of adding the Bravely Default music Omega! Man I missed that OST.
really loved the incite/sidestep Runeblade strat
As the FF veteran, I always mistaken "Unconcious" from "Confuse", Their icons are very identical.
I did the same ._.

These bosses lacked one thing, and that’s why they lost.
