You need more protein, meat isn't bad. Lean protein is very satiating. Eating out can definitely be challenging, since you don't know how the food is cooked, and what they're cooking with. At home is easier fo regulate.
So true. Both my husband and I are Connecticut natives and when he travels for work he learned to stay away from pizza. 🍕 Especially if he's not in the Tri-State area.
I don't what the official best rated Pizza is, but the best is the secret pizza place on the third floor of the Cosmopolitan. Look for an unmarked hallway and you'll find it. Old Italian records lining the hallway. It was great.

Daym when you’re in Vegas you have to go to Crossroads! The entire menu is vegetarian or vegan. I wasn’t able to get food there but I promised the staff I’d return in one year. I’d love to see you try their food

Maybe the breakfast pizza was bland on purpose and the side packets of salt, pepper,hot sauce & hot pepper flakes wud wake it up???...they leave it bland so u can season it to yo taste🤔
