They say press the cancel button when changing the tumblers what recommend puff some gravite powder in to tumble chambers would be a good idea as well

My lock is very similar to this one but there are no colour coded pins to pull they're all hidden and contained. I can remove a plate to expose them but all I get is the pin covers that just spin and do nothing. Ever seen one similar?
