LOL. It's Kevin's 1969 Dodge Charger R/T (clone) that's an official project car for his 2nd magazine: moparconnectionmagazine.com - you can see the articles on the car under the "Projects" page.
The Hemi will be a high-revving 528. 4.500" bore, 4.150" crank, 7.100" H-beam rods, CNC ported aluminum heads, solid roller .710 cam, 4500-flange 8pt. EFI and digital ignition. 825-850hp on pump gas.
Thanks for the reply, I'm an motor head from way back in the day. I had a 69 340 4spd Dart but always wanted a Hemi. Sounds like a really nice project, I will have to check it out.
Not a true R/T but a passable clone. It was originally what you'd call a "banker's muscle car" - or a fully loaded cruiser with a lot of the right options. It came from the St. Louis plant with a 2-barrel 383, 727 3-speed and 8.75 rear, making it slightly slower than an equally-equipped Road Runner or Super Bee. The R/Ts were equipped with either a 440 4-barrel or a 426 Hemi.
What year Charger ?
The Hemi....how many ci ?
