A beautiful video, and think you can always tell when content comes from a truly genuine place. Your work is so heartfelt 💕 I found your work as my partner and I have just bought a VW T4 to convert, then when I saw your beautiful video of Wales I had to subscribe. It looks like where I grew up, though I'm probably miles off - the estuary shot looks like Poppit/Gwbert. I would love to see more, very nostalgic. Wishing you a wonderful week xxx
Really lovely to just watch …. So soothing … clearly an old soul in a young woman’s body …. Wonderful seeing a young person so appreciative and mindful of the beautiful things of nature. xx
Just come across your videos. Thank you. It's been really tough lately with a loss of a family member, loss of a pet, stressful work and life in general. I needed to chill. I'm going to go for a walk in the woods later, this is through your inspirationak video. Thank you again. X
Your videos are definitely worth the wait. The light in them is always so ethereal and you capture such beautiful moments. And I know exactly what you mean by working outside creating an obsession with the weather. I used to work in horticulture and it dictated everything. Availability of water in summer, ice in winter, heat, wind, daylight... it all controlled what and how much we did.
Thank you, that’s really lovely to hear 😊🥰 I am a bit obsessed with light! 😄 Yes exactly! The weather sites are my most frequented sites, I’d love to learn to read the weather myself too 😊 But it really does control you doesn’t it 🌱 where did you work in horticulture?
@@BrookAurora I'm constantly checking the met office and I'd love to know how to read the weather patterns, it would be so useful. I worked for a nursery specialising in aquatic plants. It was a really small team but we exhibited at RHS Chelsea, Tatton and NEC Gardeners World. It was really interesting and great to learn about British natives and aquatic habitats
love it, again!! I love the difference between the "noisy" and sometimes too selfish vids and your videos - and again this one made my day! Thx for uploading these lovley bits and pieces of your life, preciate it. Regards from Germany!
Hi I’m new to your channel and straight away I love and I think I get what you are about… so thank you for sharing and don’t apologise for not being able to post more regularly. Quality is more important plus it defeats the o next if you are burnt out doing it . Looking forward to future videos take care xx
Thank you Brook 🙏 I loved your film. Your authenticity. I've been really struggling for direction and purpose this past year. Took a big break from social media alongside other things. Your message in this video has really helped me. Consider me one of the 200 at the local theatre. Appreciete you. Thank you. Keep creating friend 😊
Hi Jon! Hope you’re well 😊 really glad you liked it and felt it resonated with you 😊 hope your break from social media helped too! I feel like I could do with that at the moment 😄 Thank you for being one of the 200! And for being here and I hope you’ve felt more creative after you’re break from the online world 😊🍁🍂
@@BrookAurora thanks for your kind message! The break from social media has definitely helped me reflect and reconnect with my creativity. Your work really hit home at the perfect time for me. It’s inspiring to see you creating with such authenticity, and I’m grateful for your openness. I hope you get the chance to take the time you need as well. Thanks again for the encouragement-looking forward to seeing more of your videos in the future! Enjoy the Fall colors! 📸🍂🍁😊
Glad to hear the break helped you 😊 I find it hard to take breaks as I love sharing photos and seeing others, but it does all get a bit much for me sometimes! Anyway, really glad you enjoy my videos and thank you for the encouragement 😊🍂🍁🌞🥰
I have often tried to find something I like in each season. Like you, I think Spring is my favourite because it represents birth and new life. Winter is the most challenging but when I suppose nothing seems to be happening I’m sure we can be sure it is but out of sight. Nature works in cycles and we can use the seasons to help us understand life and death. Death and life do t occur suddenly like the snap of a switch and the light goes on and off… life and death are always happening…we are either living or dying it’s not a sidden thing but it’s the most natural thing in all of creation. Everything is a gradually transformation, a movement nothing is stationary and it’s a good job it isn’t, time has to go forwards…when we are born we were living before we came out of the womb and then we continued to grow and then we reach our peak and then slowing down by infinite steps, each getting smaller and smaller at some undefinable point we stop growing and then in tiny steps gradually growing g larger we start to die and then just as when we stopped breathing, we were dying, after we stop breathing we continue to die and our body’s decay…and then the decay and death gets smaller and smaller and out of the darkness…somewhere that tiniest of miracles life restarts ….along the way we see the fruits, innocence, youth, strength, vigour, the. Maturity, wisdom, colour, experience, knowledge and love… All around in nature we see our creators signature. ,
You like being around people because otherwise it gets you feeling on missing out but living the way which is best to your well being is actually what you would miss out when being around people all the time. Your mind seeks other people but honestly living your own life and doing what’s best is the best life possible for you. I only say that because it was the same with me , as a triplet and someone who easily meets people I always have been around people all the time but being around most people feels more lonely to me than being alone myself since many are here but not present , so many are in rush after fiction and don’t enjoy the stillness and beauty of just being. I am 26 and none of the people I used to be around are around and it’s kinda unusual but despite my mental liking to a degree it’s the best for myself , that’s why it’s right otherwise I would miss out on myself. There is nothing more worth than ones well being and this has nothing to do with other people. Actually living the way that is best to your internal state of being is the best life , you will realise this. What most people nowadays lack is the ability to do nothing , just sitting and being soaked in by nature. If you have people with whom you can do nothing and doing nothing feels right anything else is right as well and many can’t stand stillness because there are turbulences within them.
Hey Brook, it's always lovely to hear from you! Your exquisite, immersive, cinematography seems to make time stand still ...making time an irrelevance 😊 It's lovely to have a glimpse of your veg patch. For the first time, a few days ago, I heard Autumn described as the cosy season - such an evocative description 🍁🍂 I'm looking forward to it. I feel the same about summer - too hot and the rampant nature becomes oppressive. Having worked there, I feel the same about London, too. To have one of the greatest cities in the world within reach is a privilege. It's so true, that to have a house in the city and a cottage in the country, would be the ideal.
Thank you so much, so lovely to hear 😊 It’s quite a wild veg patch! But then it does provide lots of space for wildlife too 😁 Yes the cosy season! I’ve heard it a few times and it does fit autumn well 🍂🍁😊 Whereabouts did you live and work in London? I lived in Edinburgh for a time, loved it but around Christmas all the “stuff” would get a bit too much for me! It would be lovely to be able to travel between the country and city regularly, maybe one day I’ll try living in London for a stint 😁 Thank you for being here! 😊🌞
@@BrookAurora I lived in the suburbs, in Perivale, in what was once Metroland and was then rather decayed & seedy. A sad contrast to it's high minded origins. I mainly worked (IT) in Chiswick & Tottenham Court Road, so a nice mix. Although not a Londoner my father was the real London expert, as he was there so often for work meetings and tried to walk as much as possible, so discovered a lot of interesting places. He did enjoy it 😊
I’ve never heard of Perivale, but then I’m not super familiar with London. Walking round it is such a lovely way to see it though! But does take so long 😄 you don’t realise quite how huge the city is until you start walking it I feel!
