You speak my language!! Resonating with every feel in this video, the solitude, the woodland.. and how it makes you feel. So beautiful watching through the eyes of someone else who feels the exact same way I do when I'm in nature, particularly in the woods. It's my favourite place to be. Thank you for sharing... really loving your videos :) xx
I just happened upon your video and love your style. The filming of the mists rolling across the hillsides accompanied by such wonderful music was so relaxing. And I love your poetic commentary. I felt an affinity with your ethos and way of being, enjoying nature on your doorstep. Thanks for sharing.
Hello and thank you for your comment 😊 really happy to hear you found it relaxing! Yes, I do love to travel and visit other places but there is also so much to see and appreciate anywhere you go 😊🌿✨ and sometimes you can stumble across somewhere incredible by exploring nearer to home 😁
Awesome video Brook. Love your filming! Feels kinda nostalgic. You're great at storytelling. The mist is crazy too! Just stunning how fast it moves over the hills. Beautiful captures! Hope you both enjoy many more woodland walks and adventures through this season 😊
Thank you Jon! Glad you enjoyed 😁 Yes I couldn’t believe the mist, it was only over one patch of the hills as well. It felt quite very mystical ✨ Me too, such a beautiful time for the woodland walk 😁🍂🍁
So beautifully filmed, a lovely calming voice tells a beautiful story with nice music in the background. I can relate to a lot of what you are saying. I often take a short trip to the forest after work and try to camp in forest as often as possible (30 nights so far this year).
Thank you glad to hear you enjoyed it 😊 There is something so soothing about woodland isn’t there ☺️ Wow that’s a lot of woodland camps! I’ve hardly camped in woodland but would love to do more in the spring when the dawn chorus starts 😊🌿
I love the outdoors! I used to always camp off grid and would canoe down the rivers. Take two day trips on the weekends. I miss those days just exploring nature. I would love to do what you two do. Keep enjoying life. You have the best job on earth! Love your video and telling the truth about how our planet is truly being destroyed by greed and stupidity! Just came aross your video and it brought back so many great memories! Stay safe.. new subscriber ❤ Michele from Indiana ❤
Fantastic commentary on this film, especially your words on trees. I think a lot of people have had their hearts ripped out with the senseless and pointless felling of the Sycamore Tree on Hadrian’s Wall recently, what chance does nature have when there are people like this around? Keep up the great work.
Thank you 😊 yes the Sycamore Gap tree seemed like a symbol of what happens all the time everywhere! 🙁 sadly, I totally agree, I feel nature doesn’t have a lot of chance. But I keep hoping things will change 😊🍂🌞
Wow! 😍 Your van life adventure in the misty woodlands looks amazing! 🚐🌲 It's so cool that you decided to make the most of the Indian summer weekend. 🌞🍂
Sometimes I feel like the lorax by Dr Seuss is so spot on. You're right that we need to spend time in nature to value it and appreciate to significance of the loss.
Yes l agree 🌲 trees are really good and it's amazing how they stand still for such a long time and survive outside where it's wet and rainy. Your videos are brilliant lots of nice country side lovely clouds and colours. Please make another video soon.
Lovely cinematography, Brook, I do like your style 👌Perfect sound balance - so many YTers struggle with that. I love natural woodland too - I'm the same - I feel I've arrived, when I enter a wood, and slow down. Wouldn't it be amazing to walk for a whole day or more in natural woodland. I guess that it's only possible in Europe, now.
Thank you very much 😊 glad you like it! Yes you can’t help but slow down in old woodland can’t you 🌿 there are just so many beautiful small things to take in! That would definitely be amazing! Scandinavia would probably be a lovely place to walk for days in amongst woodland 😊🍁
Hey! I just wanted to say I have been looking for a channel like this for so long! Your style of filming is right up my street and I am so inspired! I love your narrations over the top, and your voice is so calming. I have subscribed and I look forward to more. xx
Growing up in this country, I'd realised Britain power players do not really value the heritage of woodlands and all they think about is profit margins. I see that down here in the south of England which is not good.

Beautifully filmed, has that sense of stillness that I have come to appreciate and value. May life treat you kindly 🏴

We are very fortunate to have woodlands all around us. The winter is a wonderful time to camp in the forest, totally quiet , snow and stars.

Oh the Lorax, I watched the animation when I was younger. I loved it but it’s so sad also, it’s just a mirror of what humanity have done isn’t it 🙁🌿

It’s true what they say as money really does grow on trees, when they are replaced with houses, roads and endless drive through restaurants….
Sadly that about sums it up! 🙁🍂
나는 너의 영상이 너무 마음에 들어😊 너는 어느나라 사람이야? 우리는 한국의 캠퍼야! 구독하고 갈게!
Thank you 😊 I’m in the U.K.!

I agrée, I don’t think they value much when it come to wildlife and nature over profits sadly 🙁
