@@Foxcanfixit yes!! What I’m thinking is two lights on each side over/under style. The top would be a red stop and the same size below it would be white for a BRIGHT backup (reverse) light. Because those stock lights dont provide enough light when in reverse. The fuel cap on the passenger side ( 😉 ) would probably limit a reverse light there so might just be two on the drivers side and just the rear light on the passenger side.
Is it better of the comments mention CJ5 or the words Old Jeep? Maybe the algorithm’s will recommend it more when CJ5 and old Jeep are repeated over and over.

I looked at that, the way these are you could maybe do tractor trailer circular LED tail lights

Maybe relocate the license plate to the passenger side and get one of those license plate brackets from a YJ wrangler that flips up for fuel access.
