24 medium size Pomfrets
1 tbsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp chilli powder
1 1/2 tbsp salt
lime juice of 1 lime
In this video I have shared easy method of cutting, cleaning and marinating pomfret fish for roasting.
In our Pathare Prabhu community, we use very little masalas. We Pathare Prabhus call "Saranga" in marathi for this pomfret fish. The other word for this fish is "Pamplet" or "Pamplet" in Marathi.
I have shared an easy method of cutting the fish too.
I have also shared tips on how to get rid of fish odour from your hands after cleaning the fish.
If you want to fry this Saranga (pomfret), then you have to just coat this fish after marination with rawa & rice flour .
