- Did you know this about Draco Malfoy ? Draco almost didn't attend Hogwarts, Lucius originally wanted to send him to Durmstrang because the school doesn't admit Muggle-born students. He also said that they give students a better education in the dark arts. But his mother Naricssa disagreed, she didn't want her son so far from home, so they sent him to Hogwarts.

Just goes to show that Narcissa is not all bad, Narcissa is a kind, loving mum, she cares about her child. Lucius, on the other hand, saw Draco as his heir rather than his son, and molded him to be a dark, evil person, a trait that Draco himself did not want to have.
She sent him cakes and sweets daily.
That was made up by fans.
What she did do was raise him to be a Death Eater and was fully supportive of Voldemort and the Death Eater ideology, only betraying him and the Death Eaters when it benefited her family. I do not deny her love for her son but she was far from a great, misunderstood person.

She does send him sweets at least in the books

In 4th book, when Durmstrang attempted tournament, draco said, that it is better school, becouse they do not let in muggle-born, and that his father was going to send him there.
I think it’s in the fourth book. He mentioned it.
