It is the Investiture of Prince (now King) Charles as the Prince of Wales scene, which, in real life, Princess Margaret wore the pink outfit in the ceremony. And, what more funny is, in the final two seasons of The Crown (S5-S6), our movie Umbridge Imelda Staunton portrayed Queen Elizabeth II 😅

Taking an order does not necessarily means it is taken willingly, as long as it is against their will, that's forcing. It's just the difference between whether it physically forced or mentally forced. And there IS other words more suitable for describing physically forced.
