- I’m retiring! Life has been a rollercoaster lately - from more real estate deals, my new house, mentoring, leading a large sales region, social media, new business ventures, and health scares in the family- I have definitely been busy and stressed! But for what? What I have worked extremely hard for for the past 10 years has definitely been rewarding and I have loved sharing it with others and see them have success. Due to this, I have recently gained an insight that my family is the most important thing to me, and that that is the whole reason for why I have worked my hardest. You can never buy back time, and I want to make sure that I take advantage of my precious time doing what I love with who I love. In this video, I share with you what the future holds for me.
Investing in real estate for the last 10 years, Chandler David Smith currently owns over $25 million worth of rental real estate. During this time, he has had some great experiences by being able to share his passion alongside his family and buddies as he has seen them absolutely crush it when it comes to the investing world. I know exactly how you feel Chandler...my wife and I have a UA-cam channel and we too had to scale back because we felt we was just doing videos just to them so we wanted to be inspired to do the versus just doing them to make a video so yes ..the best content is when you are inspired to do it ...We are more focus on our lives and the personal things we've been neglecting...So what you are doing based on all the issues that is going on in your life ..yes sir you need a break...God Bless
God bless you Chandler. I was diagnosed with cancer a year ago as well. Also in a major car wreck. I shut down my biz and call it retirement to. Anyway I’ll keep following and keep y’all in my prayers
I love his channel, it's my favorite. But I understand. And it's not good to be repetitive . Say do the same thing over and over . I think that what I like the most about his channel. It's still on my bucket list to meet him, he just seems so expiring to me .

Don't remove the tenant eviction argument video. I think it shows one of the downsides of rental units and shows both sides of real estate. A good video.

Congratulations Chandler! You earned it buddy! I wish I was smart like you and started younger! I'm 35 now and having to grind to retire at 40. I didn't even start till I was almost 30 though! I hope to be somewhere similar to where you are soon, leveraging Air BnB's and eventually more long term rentals!

You are very right when you say this is the entire objective of real estate. Make the monye, collect the doors then go do what you really want to do and its ok if thats still real estate realted. Big inspiration man, my goal is to transition to medium MF in the next couple of years as well.

This is the dream. I enjoy watching the hustlers but I’ve never desired to be that guy who’s 40 years old, makes $10M a year, and still grinds 15 hour days to continue making more money. I personally don’t like working lol. So im grinding now to get to that point you’re at as fast as possible so I can be PRESENT (physically and mentally) for my family.

Chandler I was a long time viewer of your and several months ago I actually unsubscribed as felt your videos were getting too click baity and just not down to your true self anymore. Today, I was watching a video by Graham reviewing Stradmans home and thought of you so clicked back over to your channel and happened to click on this video. My husband was looking in to investing in real estate. I’m curious if you think with the crazy high rates if it’s worth buying right now or to hold off a bit?
I’ve learned a lot. However today on 10/31/23….doing what you, Pace, and so many have done. On 3.5%, 4.5%, interest rates sure you can have management at 8% of your rentals. Now that commercial rates are 7%-10% walk us through TODAYS numbers.
You must be so happy about these decisions now with everything that has happened in the past year! We can never get that precious time back.
