As much as it will take to motivate the residents of Kfar Chabad to truly embrace the project - many do, but there is still work to be done to educate and promote the Armon. We currently have 3 sofrim writing 3 Sifrei Torah for the Armon to raise funds and awareness. If someone of means would step forward and say to the Va’ad of KC, “Here is 10 million for the Armon to get things in motion, and 10 million for other important Kfar projects, but the money is contingent on timely construction of the Armon”, I think this might go a long way in getting the project back on track. I’m just making a guesstimate here, but obviously the more money offered the higher the chances of success. It’s understandable that many residents may feel uneasy about putting so much money into a Palace when there are other pressing issues in the Kfar and in EY requiring funds right now. This is why I think an offer of a 50/50 donation might be a wise move. But it also behooves us to recall that historically, non Jewish kings have assisted greatly with building the Davidic palace as well as the Beis HaMikdash, as they understood that strong Jewish sovereignty in Israel is good for them as well. To this effect, it would be fitting for world leaders who love Israel and who appreciate the Rebbe’s stature, to offer their support and financial assistance toward building the Armon.
On this subject, I heartily recommend a track I discovered by accident (it appeared in my 'recommended' feed) by a British band called UNIT. The track is A Tribute To The Israeli Defence Force and it is excellent - tuneful and forceful without being bombastic combined with a lovely lyric. I know next to nothing about the group but on investigation I see they've recorded a whole batch of Jewish related tracks such as Pesach, Yom Kippur, Bar Mitzvah, Israel Is Real, The 613 Mitzvot and probably others I don’t know about yet. Some of them feature Rabbi Moshe Bryski which is definitely a recommendation in itself.

Maybe he doesn't believe he is who the stories say he is and is running from it? He is to be an outcast, shunned by his peers. The precedent is that only once David’s palace was built and he therefore recognized the kingship which he possessed, only then did he set himself to build the Beis HaMikdash. The Beis HaMikdash is built or at least completed by MHM as we know, and a king without a palace is lacking a fundamental aspect of his kingship
