I've never seen a bookmark in this style. I like this! 5 years ago I bought 3 large totes of new and used beads along with 2 grocery size bags of beads and head pins, jump rings, etc.. I paid $100.00 for them. I rarely use plastic beads and was wondering what to do with the ones I have now, but now I know. Thank you for mentioning to use plastic beads in your video. I'm a bit OCD when it comes to making jewelry and rosaries (along with everything else now that I think about it 😊) so tying knots to keep the beads in place is perfect.

These are beautiful! I have a beading tip for you that might save you some time. Take a piece of card stock that's a about 3" x 7" and fold it in half lengthwise. Turn it over and fold each long edge to the center fold. Turn it over and you will have a little stand to lay the beads in so you can see how they look next to each other before you string them. Hope this helps.

For those who are new to beads, please explain what size beads have bigger holes. There are so many choices. What size beads do you use most? Are wood beads, seed beads, plastic, metal ones the same gage?

A dab of glue on your knot, helps keep it tied to prevent it from untying.
