I would love to see the designers, engineers, etc. talk about the things on bikes they were sad to see not make the cut/priority/budget. That'd be some cool honesty as well! Loving our Chief Dark Horse so far :D
I want a tank that will get the Scout 200 miles down the road before needing a fill up. That was a detail that has never been addressed by Indian, so far. T%he struggle is REAL!
@@yobabybubba This bike would be the ultimate Harley killer if it wasn't for that 4 gallon tank. I get their logic is about beauty, but 5 gallons wouldn't have destroyed the beauty of the bike. For God sake they built it to be a mid size bike, well at least put a better tank on it.
Not only is the tank small ...... Go to the dealer and shake the tank , it flops back and forth a lot ... idk what they were thinking with the bushings they decided to use .... But according to this guy in the vid it was really hard to use cheap floppy bushings lmao
Wow! Those Indian motorcycles just keep getting better and better!!

well done guys!
*Sweet bike, but I gotta say I love my 16 silver smoke Indian Chieftain*
This guys a design genius and a PR phenom. I see a good future for Indian. Don't really understand the European connection???

Those shocks seem like there at too much of an angle I feel the geometry is off and would cause a bind in suspension travel do to the angle
My biggest gripe with the new Chiefs is the 4 gallon tank. Like why, just why?
Really? 4 gallons..that sucks.

@@AkaBull The fuel capacity of 5.5 gallons on my 16 Chieftain Really does make such a big difference I get almost 200 miles before I have to fill up.
@@yobabybubba Exactly. They didn't have to go 5.5 on this bike, but 5.0 would have been perfect. Well we are just plebs so nobody cares what we think.

They built to a price point.
