- Hello everyone and welcome back to a mod tutorial! Today, we will be going over how to install and setup the Minecraft Speech Recognition mod you may have seen @PointCrow play a couple of times. With this mod running, words and phrases you say out loud will cause certain events to happen in your Minecraft world! This video goes over how to set everything up so that you can play the mod either by yourselves or with your friends.

Great video!! Can’t wait to try it. Is there a way to change the hot words? So different custom words will have different spawns and effects?
Unfortunately not without modifying the code and recompiling the mod yourself, but everything is on GitHub if you'd like to try

how can you use different commands In the voiceattack software?
whenever i do this, everything is fine in the command prompt, but in game, nothing is happening. help

When I enter the game and say "brother" the cmd understands and even appears written saying that the 10 zombies will spawn, but nothing happens. My character still has no zombies there. Any suggestions on how to resolve it?
I am a content creator and wanted to try it but couldn't install optifine at a custom launcher location. Optifine restricts third party launcher to install it automatically which causes choppy installation. Days of Optifine are over.
will this work for Minecraft Bedrock? Specifically on servers
The voice attack version doesn't work, it says that it doesn't use ver 1.19 and crashes when I use 1.18

It won't launch. The Minecraft keeps crashing and giving me null errors. Also, the pyaudio won't find 'distutils'
how do you install the mod? i can't import a custom modpack because it doesn't have a .json file, only a .py.... and it also isn't zipped.
Install the mod (from the curse forge link) like normal

What is the name of the mod jar you have downloaded?
What forge version are you running?
When you are on the title screen, does the mod show up in the mods list?
@@TheMinecraftOverlord im not sure if you'll respond, but ive tried to trouble shoot this problem myself and have gotten through the first and 2nd one, probably being correct, heres what ive figured out:
Name: mcrecog-1.19.2.jar
Forge Version: 43.2.0 (Above 41 which is listed in the mods.toml folder)
Mods List: No, it doesn't which is my main issue, as if it doesn't that means the mod itself doesn't work
Im pretty sure its the right name, but i couldnt open the python folder to edit because i guess it ran it, but forge version should be fine. It won't show up on the mods list though. If you could help me, i would appreciate it a lot, thanks
Update:
I've been trying more and got the python file to recognize minecraft (just had to reinstall the right version of the mod), but the problem is its stuck on ready to start SpeechRecognition and doesn't count down, i've tried to rejoin my world and everything, it just won't do it
Update 2:
Yeah just realized the mod worked the entire time, it just barely recognizes my voice and has a delay on it (picks up my voice only every like 5 minutes) and when it does. it doesn't do what it's supposed to do, like i accidently said end and it said in console "Spawn 10 angry enderman" but nothing ended up happening. Don't know why

is it possible to make your own words that do commands? if it is please make a tutorial i would love to play about with this mod

this doesnt explain how to get Voice attack to work with this because you only explained properly how to use python
voice attack won't support linux and asking them about anything they disagree with is like joining a yanderedev discord server. they treat everything foreign as hostile.

The file name is wrong, or you might have installed the voice attack version instead of the forge version, also make sure the name matches the version your trying to get (on curseforge it has the correct ones so make sure their the same)
"Can't open file" issues here.
Optifine is dead. Drop it.
