Well presented again - previous Bentley video was really done as well. Clear spoken language. Enthusiasm, own recognizable style, no bs camera work. Keep it up! Subbed. Maybe someday you could throw in some unpolished footage. Christophe Choo from Beverly Hills does that now and then. Very popular videos. More than the polished ones, but I get it, you have to do it.
I agree, a central control for window blinds actually is pretty important.... people don't realize that if a place has a lot of windows, it's really time consuming to close and open blinds manually everyday if not more often. If it's not easy to do, then what happens is the blinds just end up being permanently closed and all that money spent on big windows is wasted. Having the blinds raise by motor is also dramatic and is a nice moment to appreciate the view!
I prefer the more traditional rectangular buildings. These off set structures make me nervous as do the ultra thin ones such as 111 west 57 st ny. I will be told that the engineers have taken safety precautions. I know. They are probably right.
Is this still pre-sale or finished? I moved out of Brickell City Centre a little over two years ago, and didn't know anything about this. At the time, Panorama was the tallest building, but wasn't fully sold out. If this is finished, I guess they really got busy.
Thank you for your comment and for sharing your concerns. I’d like to reassure you that Waldorf Astoria Miami is prioritizing safety and resilience. Here are some of the key measures being implemented to ensure the building’s safety: 1. Tuned Mass Damper: The building will be equipped with Miami's first tuned mass damper, a massive internal structure functioning like a pendulum to counteract swaying caused by high winds, including those from Category 5 hurricanes. 2. Deep Soil Mixing Foundation: The foundation employs deep soil mixing, a technique that strengthens the ground to support the building's weight and stability, crucial for withstanding hurricane-force winds. 3. Structural Design: The building's substantial size and weight contribute to its stability, helping it remain anchored during severe weather events.
@@CatherineLemeshevski people are moving out of Florida in droves. I’m surprised they got financing to build something like this 😳 wait until the next hurricane. And who pays for the insurance cost 🤔
I hear you, and it can feel overwhelming at times. I hope we can all strive to be more engaged and supportive in shaping a better, more uplifting future together.
We live in a wasteful society. All those fancy appliances marble counters and amenities will end up in a dumpster. This happens all the time in New York. No one who could afford to live there will want an identical kitchen or bath as their neighbors.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. It's true that waste and consumerism are concerns, but I believe with thoughtful design and quality materials, these homes will find their homeowners sooner or later and be appreciated for years to come, even as trends evolve!
"15 billion spent on infrastructure" -> Shows a multi-story parking garage. Americans... Florida is flat and could perfectly benefit from a light rail system. Make it walkable and lively, it would be amazing.
Thank you for your perspective! Investing in walkability and light rail could truly transform Miami, and while this project focuses on current infrastructure, there's always room to push for more sustainable development.
Why do the Arabs and Dubai and China have towers that are more lengthy than ours? I hope that the lengths of a tower in the world will be in Miami 200 floors, the same Arabs
Thank you for your comment! While places like Dubai and China often focus on building record-breaking skyscrapers, Miami’s growth balances innovation with practicality and safety, especially given our unique environmental challenges.
And this is why Florida overALL is getting ridiculous to live in, millionaires moving in, but the cost goes to all Floridians that’s not well off, this is sick disgusting Luxury that’s not needed, build a blocks design building looks like a 2 year old kid designed it making millions, greed is terrible. Miami should be its own separate state make its size a little bit bigger than Rhode Island, and all its unneeded expense can go to that new state and leave Florida alone and lower the cost of living for crying out loud.
Thank you for sharing your perspective-I understand your concerns about affordability and how developments like these can feel disconnected from the broader community. While projects like the Waldorf Astoria aim to bring investment and innovation, it’s important to balance growth with efforts to support affordability and inclusivity. Your thoughts are valid and appreciated-thank you for voicing them.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! While perspectives on wealth and development can vary, I hope we can focus on building a future where everyone thrives together.
