    My goodness I just love riding around the garden with you, Nancy, gathering fresh vegetables, and then watching you make your fine, fine meals! I hope to try this one someday soon. There can't possibly be any better corn fritters anywhere but right here at your table, straight from your garden! And don't think I'm not green with envy of those gorgeous freezers you've got - wow!       We understand, Nancy here I just turned 61 and Hollis is 70 years old.. We feel that the garden and the produce has keep us young but we are slowing down amount we grow to get enough of basic things we need until next growing season. Blessings

Then Nancy came up with her sweet corn fritters - by this time I was hooked and just subscribed. What a joy to watch you growing and using all this lovely fresh food off the land.     Love to see garden to table videos. When I build my pantry I'm going to put in onion and potato drawers like Hollis made for you Nancy. Those are so cool! Hollis after you built those drawers and they've been in use for a while are there any changes you would make?

    I could make a meal just on the fritters. The honey came as a surprise but I can see where it would enhance the sweetness of the corn.

    Yummy! I make tomato fritters and it’s just about the same recipe, just use tomatoes instead of corn and just sweet peppers. Add some oregano and basil. Mmm. Imma try these next

    So nice to see one of your videos again , I was wondering if your channel was still around. I’m guessing I’ve missed quite a few of your videos. Apparently I just need to go to your channel directly every few days because the notifications from youtube seem to be sporadic on when you get notifications regardless on what your settings are . Really looking forward to watching all the videos I’ve missed. And yes I really enjoyed watching this episode and looking forward to seeing the other episodes I missed .
    P.S . I’m so glad to see Bing Bing is still with you , I remember he was bitten by a snake a while back . I’m so so happy he was able to recover from that 🥰

    I recognized your cookware. I had a set just like that several years ago still have a few pieces of it Best I remember I had to have a cooking party to acquire it been so long I forgot exactly, but was surprised when I saw your cookware. I can’t even remember the name of it now.

    Corn fritters...We always used a 1/2 and 1/2 flour and corn meal batter. Everything looked delicious though.

    I just made courgette and corn fritters a couple of days ago .my first time ever they were very good .
    My daughters courgettes ended up as big as marrows because she went camping .ive still got 3 marrows to try to find recipes for
