Thank you
I am so VERY glad that you don't make us sit and watch your chopping up vegetables. That is very annoying in other videos. You talk clearly and simply. Love that. Thanks
Your fritters look delicious Kevin.
In Australia we call the scallions/green onions, 'spring onions'.
I look this video again as the fritters look delish!
Oh and thoughtful the way, Kevin, how very thoughtful of you to be thinking of us Canadiens and UK viewers by using metric equivalents.
These look delightfully delicious and surprisingly simple. Thank you very much @Kevin Lee Jacobs Delicious Living for sharing this recipe and demonstration with everyone! Have a wonderful weekend!
I will have to try this. Looks yummy… Hello from🇨🇦
Nearly every time I watch one of your video-recipes I gather the ingredients; I’ll make this one for sure; the dip is essential. Cheers!
Oh....great suggestion... ...never thought of a combination including corn( which I love) ...will try this
Thank you so much for being here. Yes I have subscribed and wait for notifications. I so enjoy your recipes, and tips on how to bring elegance to everyday life, and your home and garden. How you inspire me. You are amazing. I may have seen you at CBGB's back in the days. I am unable to find your recipe for "THE" way to prepare instant mashed potatoes your way. Please help. Please, please never stop. You are such a lovely person. I wish you well.
I love so many of your recipes I have done chicken and dumplings. I have done granola bars since I have found your channel. And I will do this one soon. Thank you for all your hard work.
Happy you’ve been doing some vegan recipes. Thanks!
Always a pleasure!
lovely recipe! I am glad there is a gluten-free version I can make. They look absolutely delicious.
Kevin, I wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your videos. I feel as if I am sitting on a stool in your kitchen watching and learning how to cook!! :-) This is something that I wasn't able to experience while growing up, so I am making up for lost time! :-)
What a fun lunch!
They look very yummy. My mother used to make them when I was a child. Her recipe was similar but she also mixed in a bit of cooked rice.
Those look great!
I love any kind of fritter…I have had corn fritters from a similar recipe before and they were delicious!!!
This looks amazing Kevin! Looks healthy too!
Those look SO GOOD!
Yum. We will definitely try this.
These are comparable to Gordon Ramsay’s corn fritters. Very good!
That looks really good

Oh, Yum! These fritters could become very habit forming!
☺️
Oooooh, I made these tonight to go with homemade chicken & noodles! We loved them…especially that sauce. Putting this recipe into the rotation. Thanks for sharing it.
I'm so glad!!!
You make the most beautiful and delicious food Kevin
Haven't had these in ages. A definite make for me. So glad you used red pepper. The green ones don't agree with me.

Hello from New Mexico 😊🌈 I made these and they were so delish! It also gave me a good opportunity to use up some gf flour we were overzealous in purchasing for our gf flour Christmas cookies. The recipe was not yours and it was an abysmal fail. I probably did something wrong lol. I digress... Anyway, these are great and I doubled the recipe to also have for the next day. To warm up and enjoy again. S-o-o-o-o good! Thankyou Kevin what a yummy recipe and great demo. Thanks for all you do! 👨🍳
Great to know that you enjoyed these fritters!
Made mine Kevin..they came out delicious..Thank you 🙂
Glad you like them!
Yes Kevin..I love all your recipes..I buy the ingredients I need and try to make...your bread recipes come out delicious too!...Thank you👍👍👍👍..watching from Laguna Beach area, California
From india 🇮🇳....
Those look so nice - beautiful even. I am going to try these out tomorrow. I wonder what your recipe for the Zucchini fritters is like :)
I just saw that you have one posted .. lol
Hi Kevin
Just love your yummy easy recipes
Can I use fresh Frozen corn
Thank you for metric measurements as I live in Canada
Frozen corn will work great here. Run water over the corn to thaw it, then blot dry with a towel. Enjoy!
Kevin, those look really delicious and very simple to make. I was wondering if you’ve done a recipe for Baba Ganoush? If so, can you please share?
Hi Pete - I have not yet filmed my recipe for Baba Ganoush. (In other news...my fig tree seems to have survived the winter. Yay!)
Yum, I could inhale the entire platter full. I'm thinking a bit of diced jalapeno and some cilantro would give a Mexican spin to these.
A lil ranch seasoning would be great in that sauce
I don't have a cast iron skillet. Just have a frying pan and not really non-stick too much anymore. Will the fritters still fry very well in this kind of frying pan? Thank you..
Any skillet will work here. Enjoy!
Kevin, as a diabetic, I can't always follow your recipes and must amend them using things like almond or coconut flour, and keto friendly sugar substitutes like stevia, monkfruits and allulose for recipe substitutions. Corn is not on most diabetics lists, but for "once in awhile" if you don't cheat and if your sugars are low enough.
I think you put that lemon in the wrong way love...😊
How do you make corn fritters with no corn meal in them? This guy...
Metric using countries.
Mmmmmmm looks scrummy yummy !
