The more we see of sir and gabby as well as his background I think they used a fbi profile to make his character I think gabby was his only victim the other girl he took for her not himself so if Abby is anything I’m going to she’s the stressor that lead to him takeing gabby
Definitely. She knew where her kidnapper lived and went back to the house without the police? Sir recognized Lacy’s voice pretty quickly and he didn’t spend as much time with her as he did with Annie, yet he didn’t recognize it was her at the door, or her face when he went to it? He was definitely testing her. Plus the other storyline in the episode was foreshadowing.
Not partner persay the way he fixated on gabby means she’s a surrogate for someone in his past Abby is a different race and from the year book (no in loveing memory or you’ll be missed by her name) we can tell she never went missing, if they are useing a fbi profile as the basis for the sir character im guessing Abby is the stressor that triggered him takeing her
Don’t think he killed Annie. There’s a possibility that he killed his mother because she was being abusive. If he’s all bad, the show will get old quickly, there needs to be some redeeming quality to him. He kidnapped the girls because he thought he was saving them from bad homes like his as a kid and giving them a better life than the one he grew up in. Twisted but at least there is something redeeming in him.
I really hope she doesn't tell trent because i really like this dynamic between sir and gabi yes i know twisted and all of that but i feel there should be more seasons of it constantly changing switching up before gabi sceret is revealed to anyone i would love if there was a redemption probably won't be but i would love it to happen .
At least 5 seasons. Like I would make Trent discover Sir but get killed by him, driving up tension between Sir +Gabi. Then S2 ends with Lacey discovering the secret, but instead of Sir killing her, he and Gabi run off because Gabi also has to escape her own charges. Season 3 opens with them settled somewhere in the woods (just like when she was kidnapped but they have an agreement this time because they'll BOTH go to prison) as they're equals.
Nope no way she can tell anyone rember all of them are linked together through kidnapping in some form for her to have done it even why her abductor will rune her in their eyes
I like the relationship they have the little mind games and a twist and pull way. It makes the show more interesting the whole dynamic so I’m curious where this will all go. I agree with everything said here lol
As much as I love the show and as much as I like the character of gabi I cannot get behind what she did with sir, she would have done better either killing him or just having him turned over to the fed's the moment she found him instead of taking matters into her own hands and locking him up in her basement, she essentially took a monster and made an even worse monster out of him, to the point that she has put her entire team and lacey in grave danger for as he just pointed out in another video if she ever let him go now or turn him over to the authorities he's going to dedicate every ounce of his energy to destroying her by going after the person she loves like a sister and quite possibly will drive the pain of her trauma even further into gabi by making her watch him do it, It's a very very bad situation she entered herself into, that's only going to get worse and unfortunately she has no one else to blame but herself for that! 😮😢🙄😔💯🔥👍🏻
Starting to think Hugh Evans aka Sir, can be redeemed and his motives and way he went around it were with good intent but came out badly. I think he took Gabi because like him he was from a broken home BUT he saw in her the same qualities he liked from that sweet neighbor who brought him food and that diary. Shes basically an older Gabi and he was just trying to rekindle that and yes he took Lacey for Gabi but I dont think he killed Annie. I think she was an accomplice cuz who's car breaks down in the middle of nowhere near a farmhouse and she happens to be a student too?? Phone is dead? He got rid of her but didnt kill her or bury her..Annie is alive somewhere maybe. Gabi through no fault of her own, is overprotective, manipulating and has good intent and though scarred for life, is like him no matter what she thinks. Shes naive and allows it to block her judgment. Also last few weeks, Sir has played NO role in helping her find anyone, just getting more if his back story. This is getting great!😊

Yes and no if they are useing a real profile of a kidnapper as a baseline for him then he’d have to see what he’s doing as wrong and from the fact that he’s still fixated on gabby now that she is grown and that he from what we have seen didn’t sexually assault her that narrows down the type of profile they used and the reaming two are basically the hero type they see what they are doing as an necessary evil or someone who has a psychological break I don’t think the second fits sir sense in thoses cases the surrogate is not a replacement for someone but instead is the person they lost as he keeps calling her by her real name or asks her to choose a differnt one we can rule this out so if he has the hero traits he cannot be redeemed because in his mind he had to do it and would do it again a thousand times without hesitation
I don't think he took Annie. I don't thing Sir is interested in anyone but Gabi. He only took Lacey to give Gabi a friend. If he is some serial kidnapper why has he just been following Gabi all this time. It goes back to that black lady. He sees Gabi in her.

I don't think that woman was Annie, I don't even think Annie was taken by Sir. I'm not sure who that woman was but I think Sir planted the note in Julius Ceasar (his favorite book) so he could keep Gabi under control. The Flash backs are backwards so we too would assume the woman with the red bow was Annie. Gabi sees the woman on day 69, Sir shows Gabi the ribbon again on day 153, there is no mention of Annie until day 322 which doesn't even include the red ribbon. It's possible something did happen to that woman whoever she was.

She didn't give a hoot about the baby. Then, there was a toddler that she adored. At first, I thought the toddler was the baby,but now I think she had three kids. Sir, the toddler and a baby. If Sir was about 9 or 10, then that would put him about 25 when he was teaching, and Gabi was 16, which would the baby be about 16 the same age as Gabi. So the timing checks. But wouldn't he have recognized his sister's voice asking to use the phone.

Off the top of my head two reasons. 1) everyone loves the actor playing him lol so we almost instantly want him to be the good guy in the end. 2) comparison bias eatch case we have come across on the show the kidnappers have basically been worse then him they abused their victims sir on the other hand treated gabby extremely well without harming her or attempting to use her so we see him as less evil therefore we want him to be able to be good
For me its the sexual tension between sir and gabi even though in real life i would never want a relationship between the two to work i also think it would be more interesting for the villain not to be all bad kinda like Klaus on the vampire diaries
