    Sir ek doubt hai ki bow legs mei jab mai knee ko satata hu, Toh satt jaata hai, lekin leg ko dhila chhorne se wapas knees mei gap aa jata hai.
    Toh kya exercises karne se jo aapne bola tha bow legs ke video mei, thik ho jayega.
    Kya yeh muscle weak hone se hota hai, ya bone ki alignment mei gadbad hone se ho raha hai.

      Ye muscle weakness ke karan hota hai. Exercise se thik ho jayega

      Age 20 Hai kar skte hai.

    Sir meri injury 1 month ho gayi he to sir mujhe doctor bole he ki 3 week belt lagani he uske bad check karne ke liye agar knee peheli ki tarah ghum jayegi to operation karni padegi sir mujhe abhi waha pe pain to nehi ho rahi he aur me thodisi chal sakti hu likin mujhe dar lag rahi he ki me abhi kya karu rest karu ya phir excercise karu sir meri knee abhi age se thodi bend ho to rahi he likin jyada nehi ho rahi he sir mujhe ye tension ho rahi ki me age ki tarah chal sakti hu ya nehi aur running bhi plz sir ap mujhe reply dijiye 😢😢

      Aap exercise start kar dijiye aor sath me knee cap lagaiye. Ho jayega usse. Ho sake to kuch din physiotherapy le sakte h

    Sir mri bhut jada paise ka hota hm afford nhi kr skte koi or tareeka btao ligament injuries h ya nhi pta krne ke liye
