You know I own this app since I brought my Marantz SR-6015 and I never knew you can use this app in this way? I want to thank you guys so much for enlightening me on this situation. But the only thing is my 6015 don't have a lot of those presets like Movie, Music and Game only has Stereo and Multi-Channel Stereo, that it ??? But YES!!! this was a much needed video..👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👍🏽✌🏽 Most of us are rookies compared to you guys😁👍🏽

Great video, I have been using the app with my Cinema 40 but I wish there was a way to have the background of the app black instead of white. Way to bright while watching a movie in the dark.

I went full I.P. control using all native apps and a Samsung tablet about 2 years ago. Mostly just bounce between the Roku app for my tv and the Denon app.
The Denon app (also Marantz) is freakin outstanding. It does nearly everything the remote does but with visuals on the tablet. Heck, the Denon app even lets me control the PS5 when I'm watching a 4k blu ray through HDMI-CEC control functions!

I just received a 8015 and I was curious when I was playing some classical music I heard some distortion on high notes that I never heard before on my cheap onkyo is there a way to clean that up

I use this app. only issue I have 90% of the time when I turn my system off and later go back I have to reconnect the wifi connection on my apple phone, reset my receiver or both. This maybe due to fact that my HT system is up stairs and my wifi equipment is in my wife office. Outside of that the app work great.

Is this the so-called MARANTZ 2016 AVR REMOTE APP ??? Had it installed on my ANDROID phone since march of 2020: unreliable, unstable and buggy as hell 🤬🤬

This app gets absolutely terrible reviews on the iPhone, I think 1.6 out of 5 stars with 500 reviews. Looks like I need to dig up my Android to see if that version gets better reviews.

@Dreamedia Home Theater Are the cinema receivers able to be controlled using an rf remote over IP? Like the pro 2400 harmony? Or would I have to run IR blasters (hate them)
