Father God, praise you for being kind and compassionate with your creation, praise you for giving us clear direction, freedom and strength to walk out our walk with you! In accordance with this word and galatians 5:22-23, 1 corinthians 9:25, 2 peter 1:5-6, 2 corinthians 6:14-18 I bind one to growth and possession of a spirit of self-control while binding to hell all lack of self-restraint and self-discipline in my life, the lives of my family, friends, colleagues, neighbours, acquintances, opponents and the body of Christ, binding to hell every unequal yoke and common share with those not growing and possing a spirit of self-control, in the name and blood of Jesus Christ, amen and hallelujah!
Yes, the Spirit should be controlling me. Have battled with this so much in my life, every time that I read or think of this verse, the Holy Spirit convicts me more and more (self control) this should be my practice every day and every Christians should be praying for this in their lives, love and thank you Steve Lawson for these messages the Lord’s grace and peace be with you all. It’s a battle.
