I was the fella struggling with my mental health that day I was the one who posted 3 weeks ago that I seen Daniel in Picadilly driving towards me and I was so excited that I wasn’t having a particularly good day mentally and seeing him completely change my day and put a massive smile on my face he gave me the 2 thumbs up 👍🏻 from his window.

Watching Daniel’s journey from the start always in the yard and concerned about operational issues and slowly seeing him transition into a more “hands-off” leadership style is so refreshing. Hopefully he’s able work from home sometimes to make high level decisions which in turn gives him freedom of time and chances to “switch off” and enjoy other things in his life

In case you didnt know -The site in Maidstone under the railway arches does have 2 other means of access. One round passed NWK crossfit and the other opposite Jewsons under the offices.
You could always fix the picture frame temporarily to the ceiling so when you are laying on the sofa you can look up at it 😂

The height limit for an arch bridge is the minimum point of the bridge plus tolerance. If the cab is within height restrictions, you should be able to get the crane within the arch void(classed as being above bridge height as it wouldn't fit a full vehicle).
Definitely do it on a case by case basis though.

Daniel, this is the third weekly sign you announced there was news but no details - there have been comments about an article in a modern railways magazine looking forward to hearing the news you and the article alluded to. As I don’t read that magazine would be interested to hear the plans you have.
I was on HMS Glasgow in 1980 in the Caribbean ,after Hurricane Allen hit Saint Lucia in August we docked on the island and started disaster relief as island was hard hit one of my best memories is handing out chocolate and sweets to the children.the islanders were really nice people and couldn’t thank us enough

Daniel! I’m a plasterer by trade and watching your men dot and dab pains me. You need a solid dab around the perimeter of each board to help reduce airflow around the hollow behind. It’s all to do with the air test they do at the end of the project. You should look into it

For bulk bag delivery in confined spaces you could use a man and an electric pallet fork like a grocery store or a miniature forklift and the roll on/roll off. Would be time consuming but could solve the issue.

We've used a telehandler and a 13tonne machine for offloading tonne bags in restricted areas from a flatbed using pallet forks or 4 leg chains on the machine and a bag lifter or forks on the telehandler. Either option useful depending on heights and widths etc.
Daniel you need a canopy over the bay where you keep the Sand the keep the area dry and stop the material getting dirty.
I did not realise how heavy u actually are but wow ur some business man mate u should do pod cast on how to make it successfully in the construction industry and where to start

Should have Cameras on your stock Bay's, see everything from the materials office for recorders Stock control
If the role on role off is on airsuspensions. Just lower it as far as you can manually with the controller. You usually get about 10cm extra clearanse.

For the low height delivery can you send the flatbed, bags and then one of the hire diggers that can lift the bags by the handles?
Deliver bulk bags on low loader with suitable mini digger? Or tele'. Or half fill bags to match lift capacity?
That triangular blind, would it work better to fix the roll to the bottom and have it pulled upwards to close? Can be cut into the triangular shape to fit and achieve blackout. Locate the cables so their hidden against the window frame mullions/grilles when its open.

Iknow you have your HGV licenses, but do you have all of the required tickets for all the machinery that operates in your yard? Or do the regulations require you to have the tickets as the business owner?
