I am actually in therapy at the moment and we have been talking about my inability to allow myself to stop /my brain to stop. I'm not sure what I'm scared of if I allow myself to have free headspace?! I MUST try and get back to my mindfulness, meditation and mindfulness. Thank you so much for the reminder ❤️

Lockdown made me realise how much I hate meeting up with people and prefer chatting with them over the phone. So I stopped, now I just enjoy life doing anything I want by myself, and then schedule a day per year when I catch up with them in person, and that's it.

I’m really loving the intro skits 👏🤩! I think we call that a “onesie” - the one piece clothing for babies that buttons down in the diaper area.

Yes...these electronics devices are so addictive 😔. And I also have those moments where I let my mind go to unpleasant memories and feelings...I think it’s a reminder for me, of where I’ve been and what I’ve overcome 👍.

As an essential worker for the duration of the lockdowns here, I've been taking every opportunity to give myself mini staycations now that I can.
Between voluntary time off and jury duty, I just had about a month off.
It's difficult maintaining a work/life balance when I just don't feel like going in to work, but I've got to make rent and buy groceries, so yeah. Off to the 10 hour a day of stair climber exercise that is inbound at Amazon.
I've gotten calves of steel, but it feels like I've popped all of the bubble wrap in my knees and ankles 🤕
Only had 1 lockdown. Thank god I live in Florida

Lockdown 3 should be lockdown 2. Kind of in the same way that Tier 4 have been Tier 3. Boris wanted us all to go Chrismas shopping I guess..
I totally get what you mean about brains not wanting to stop. I suppose thats what meditation is about, learning to let your brain switch off and just exist in a way that it seems to always be fighting against.
It's all mad to me, none of made sense... he's handled it all terribly. Yeah 100% meditation is the answer for sureeee
