Married twice with 3 daughters and have learned more from Hayley than I ever thought that I could. This should be compulsory viewing for all young men.
And also in schools. Those biology classes is of no help.
Or old men! I am nearing my 50 and these video's are total eyeopeners for me. When my girlfriend is talking to me these days about her cycle I can relate (sort of).
I got 1 and I was terrified thinking about her teenage years. Not only do i not have any answers for her, i had no idea what kind of issues she would face. Harleys videos give me great information and make me laugh.
Every young man should watch all your videos especially this one. Being a woman is not easy.
After watching this, I have four steps to handling this scenario with your significant other.
1. Know what tampons/pads she uses.
2. Know her favorite chocolates/sweets
3. Know her favorite wine or other alcoholic beverage of choice.
4. Throw them all at her and keep a safe distance till the period has ran it's due course.
I hope this was useful.
It only works if she is raving beast period girl. Some girls are period cuddlers, others are eaters, but most of them are in pain so bring pamprin. Follow the dosing guide.

Post menopausal but this sure brings back memories (and weirdly, phantom pains). The fetal position was my go to, especially since I had hormonal migraines. Yeah, I'll take hot flashes any day.

had to make sure any sharp objects were hidden away when I suffered hugely with PMT. And Im such a peaceful non violent person usually, but the tension was just horrific before, during and after!! Victoria Wood once did a sketch talking about PMT, saying that she felt so tense 10 days before the period started and while she was having it, and then a bit after, so really there were 14 minutes a month where she felt normal!!!

I laughed but my periods hurt exactly like that 😭 I'm doubled over crying for hours. Can't get anything done on day 2. Usually have to take time off work to stay at home and cry.

With all due respect, I hope youre saying that in a caring, compassionate way. I know we can be hard to live with during a period, but it is one of the most challenging times for a woman. and its happening every month for years and years and years, where you can feel possessed by a demon along with pain and fatigue and nausea and so so so much more. Thankfully the workplace is starting to recognise that we are actually suffering severe symptoms and need more support if we are to do our jobs effectively at this time. New legislation came into force today wednesday 31st May 2023!!!

So so so so accurate, Im menopausal now, but can relate to most of these issues,How do we go through this month after month after month, I had horrendous PMT and the tension you display when confronting the wrong milk resonates hugely with me, where you feel the tension coursing through your veins, that it builds up so much, you are ready to smash the milk against the door. Ive smashed a few plates in my time, to release the tension. I saw a wonderful sign for sale, Im on my period so I can officially murder you (probably a wife to a husband!!) thanks for making me laugh and cringe at the horror of it all, all at the same time. brings back memories!!Nowadays Im just moody all the time!!!haha 'Im having my period, therefore I can legally kill you' is what that sign says, had to do a quick search for it. hope its not too unpolitically correct, but it made me laugh!!!!
