  • Hey friends! Welcome back to another summer vlog! There's been a few day's lately where I really haven't been feeling myself. I go more into that during this vlog and showing you how I reset my routines to put a little pep back in my step.

    I'm a teachers aide and I totally understand. Going from 5 days a week, 7am to 4pm, and then all of a sudden there's all this free time... I was so ready for school to end until I had no idea what to do with my time. Taking a shower, getting dressed, and getting out of the house is the best quick fix!

    I agree with Tiffany and you about how changing gears and routines sometimes puts me on a funk. What helps is reminding my self how blessed I am to get time off with my family. As soon as I get use to my summer routine then it is time to go back to school.

    I also felt like I was getting in a rut, especially today. The beginning of summer break was great, but now I am missing being on a schedule. I like the tips you shared about getting out of a rut :)
