I believe it was nuanced and amazing, but idk about “so very original”. Cows getting beamed up by aliens is like the go-to stereotype lol, although they did put an interesting spin on it.
A very MOOving film! The actors did a great job, the tension built up nicely, & the surprise ending was very original. She got some nice video on her camera, which is a fun play on alien videos people take that are blurry, grainy footage where the camera looks like it's being tossed in the air. At long last, someone could actually hold their camera still. 😂
This was a really enjoyable film. I was expecting it to turn gory, especially after the wife told her Wolf story. But no, we have space-faring cows. I love it! ❤ Well done to the two lead actors with such well-drawn characters.
Very well thought out film. Can you just imagine if this actually happened? we humans as a race would be doomed I tell ya, doooooommmmmeeeedddddd.......
"Now you're ready." Uhhh, ready for what? Harvesting? Have we just been fattening up as a species and growing in population in preparation for an extraterrestrial feast?
I really hope there’ll be a chapter two to this. “Good luck”? Do the cows know about something coming for us? As much as I love open endings for interpretations, I’d love to see how the writer(s) envision this playing out.
Definitely a unique twist on the concept, didn't see that end coming. Quite a delightful production, well acted, captured the essence of life out on the farm perfectly.
So October 2nd is World Farm Animals Day, never heard of it but it’s nice. Without them, who knows what humanity would be like. Cheers happy cows!!! 🥛 😊
Not only is this the first Welsh science fiction I've ever seen, it's the most Welsh I've ever heard. So many firsts! Brilliant! (Thats not Welsh, thats Dutch!) (Dutch? Thats not Dutch, thats Swedish!) (Swedish? Thats not Swedish....
Yep, wandering around alone at night in the woods with a failing flashlight, and the only person who even remotely knows where you are is totally unconcerned by your absences. A plan with no drawbacks.
One of the few alien encounter movies I've seen where the people remember they have a phone and can film things XD Maybe they can make money selling the video to the gov't or media.
Reminds me of a more sinister galaxy guide where the dolphins say good by and thanks for all the fish! As if the humans were going to be the food supply next!
Very good !!! The cows, definitely a God for them and they we're well treated those. Imagine a witness of the intense butchery going on !!! I hope it got weapons that "soucoupe volante" that for the next, anyway incredible that movie. Fantastic!!!
Turned into a bit of a cliche -- though far more fresh than you'd have any right to expect. Beautifully shot throughout, the film direction and editing capably build a consistent suspense without overdoing it. The acting is solid and deceptively complex, so kudos to the actors for a job well done. Some may find it a tad preachy -- and perhaps they're right, to one extent or another -- but the ending is has just enough tongue-in-cheek brassiness to get away with it. 3.6/5
The galaxy belongs to cows. Who else would call it "Milky Way"?
Good one!
u just nailed it
😅
"So long and thanks for all the fish!" Except I imagine the cows said "so long and thanks for all the grass." Such an udderly imaginative film.
i really enjoy that after finding out aliens are real, her first thought is "we're going to figure out how to make milk a different way"
They were practical, down-to-earth people :)
Excellent! I loved everything about this film. And the cow saying "Goodbye and good luck" while being lifted into the ship made me laugh.
Goodbye and thank you for all the fish.
Loved it! So very original. The husband and wife were such great characters. But, the real stars of the movie were the cows! Terrific job!
I believe it was nuanced and amazing, but idk about “so very original”.

Extremely creative. The cows have had enough. The chickens will be the prime delicacy now...until they get fed up.

Well done to the two lead actors with such well-drawn characters.
I’m a sci-fi snob but I like this. Original. No wars and killing. No drama drama soap opera sci-fi.
Very well thought out film. Can you just imagine if this actually happened? we humans as a race would be doomed I tell ya, doooooommmmmeeeedddddd.......
😂😂😂
We’re already doomed and that may not be a bad thing.
Ya, don't think the cows would be so forgiving.
The picture of the cow on the wall was so romantic!
Very early in this story I thought "Wouldn't it be awesome if Daisy came back talking" but didn't expect that to be the case. BRAVO!
"Now you are ready" READY FOR WHAT???!!!!
To be harvested.
Bravo to everyone involved in this film. Good story. I really enjoyed this. Good luck.
Holy cow...that was totally Bovine!
Nice movie, nice, high quality picture, great actors, few words are enough between these two folks, well done!❤
Now I understand why cows are so docile.
xD
"Now you're ready." Uhhh, ready for what? Harvesting? Have we just been fattening up as a species and growing in population in preparation for an extraterrestrial feast?
The lead actor is GREAT!! Perfect casting.
Calling it hilarious would be a gross understatement!!!!🤣🤣🤣
Obviously someone is a fan of Gary Larson's Farside cartoons!

Kul att se lite svenska produktioner på Dust! Jag gillart 😅
Thought it sounded like Swedish being spoken!

So long, and thanks for all the fish!
Thank you, this too was my thought!! Except in this case it's:
"So long, and thanks for all the hay (and antibiotic injections)!"
Definitely a unique twist on the concept, didn't see that end coming. Quite a delightful production, well acted, captured the essence of life out on the farm perfectly.
I love sci fi themes and futiristic interfaces its now part of our reality today thanks sopport & greetings from dorado puerto rico

I reckon that scriptwriter is definitely a fan of Gary Larson's Farside cartoons!
:) He didnt want to go 'high-tech" (cameras) on cows, but cows went high-tech on him ❤ :)
Losing a cow would be a udder catastrophe !!
Very well made movie, I like the idea and the acting was so good
Great storyline! Interesting and believable. Need more quality Scifi like this!
This is why you take two flashlights instead of one with you, and a gun, and set up cameras in advance - to be prepared.
ok, then what ?
@@ottodidakt3069 yes! ;D
Very well done! This short film is quite superior to most of what Hollywood is putting out these days.
Reminds me of the Dolfins in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy where they say "So long and thanks for all the fish" 😂

Swedish
They were speaking Swedish, man, not Welsh. This doesn't sound anything at all like Welsh.

Yahoo! Pigs 🐖 & chickens 🐔 are next. Better learn to like broccoli 🥦! Loved this video.
Good actors. Good special effects. Well told, however odd, story. 👍
For a moment there, I thought that the cows had been fattening *him* up, and that this was to be his trip to the abattoir. 🤭
this is so wholesome and also quite funny, thank you. i just recently found this channel, its amazing.
brilliant acting!!!
agree very much yes!
Hälsningar från Finland 🙂 Tack så mycket för bra svenskspråriga filmen 🇫🇮❤️🇸🇪 Daisy: Lycka till 🤣 🐄
Fantistic storytelling! Thank you very much!!
Please come back, Daisy. I have tried all the milk substitutes.

Cow about that? Quite an amusing take on the ago old question of what came first, the cow or the farmer? Nicely done!

Holy Cow 🐄😳 that was strange, but entertaining!
OMFNG!!!! THIS WAS GREAT!!!!
♥️♥️🙏♥️♥️
Opposing thumbs, last time I looked there was a distinctive lack of them on a cow!
Ok the ending got me ! Excellent
Reminds me of a more sinister galaxy guide where the dolphins say good by and thanks for all the fish!

Farewell and thankyou for the grass🐮👽🤣
Hope the chickens stayed.......😂
Great film thanks for your extraordinary ending.
it would've been super easy before the dew dried away, following the broken path where dew was knocked off.
Cool......I always knew cows were aliens. But how do they work game controllers without thumbs?
I never did trust cows! The way they just stand around, eating grass and that honking sound they make ... CREEPY!
Excellent acting! Great story.
Ok, these cows should have figured out a way to get rid of milk's expiration date by now.
So long and thanks for all the hay.
😄 Oh, hemlandets vilda tungomål!
Really thoughtful and well executed.❤
