I am encouraged to work on some prosthetics myself with my printer. Mostly aimed toward hands. I wonder if anyone who has a 3D prosthetic have any concerns about the prosthetic or how their own prosthetic works or doesnt work for them...

How does anyone get one of these limbs that are so good? I've been trying to locate someone who will print me one for several years, Limb fitting centres around the globe don't seem to be able to get them either. I could buy a printer and print my own but I have difficulty programming my VCR .

How does the actuator works, is it twisting mechanisms

They use the PQ12-P. It’s a micro linear actuator made by Actuonix that uses a motor to drive a screw shaft.
