Exactly ! as Chloe says haha I agree with that too often viewers expect so much from " content makers" whether that is a podcast, UA-camr or Instagram influencer. But I don't think it's fair and these individuals do deserve to not share everything and respect is so key
Relashionship is definitely a very sensitive topic for me. I'm 20 and I've never had a boyfriend or even my first kiss and sometimes I feel like I've wasted my teenage years because I didn't do a lot of the things that teenagers usually do. Also being surrounded by people who, at my age, are in a relashionship and have been in a relashionship definitely doesn't help. It makes me feel miserable, childish, it makes me feel like I don't belong there. Sometimes I feel like time goes to fast and I'll find myself living a lonely life. I'm trying to understand that being in a relationship shouldn't make you feel "validated", being single is fine. I also feel like our society puts a lot of pressure on us.

I love what you said about how easy it is to have a negative mindset. My psychologist explained to me how we subconsciously seek out information that validates our thoughts and while this can be done for positive thoughts, it’s far easier/common to do it for negative thoughts, our anxieties, fears etc. Thank you for sharing all of your self care and positive mental health tips 💗

Listening to you talk about Uni was so nice. I wish I could genuinely love learning for the knowledge it grants me. The lack of space between all my assignments and such has made learning a “just get it done, if you can’t think of the answer, find it somewhere else”. I’ve really felt discouraged and like I am extremely unintelligent as a result of it. Which is a big reason why I’m taking a year long break even though I’m already a sophomore in uni lmao

My ex and I were together for 13 years and we have two kids together. The kids do mean we couldn’t take that time apart but even so, he’s one of my very best friends in the world. We know each other better than most other people know us and we grew up together. I can’t understand ppl who continuously have so much hate for a person they gave so much of themselves too.. unless like you say there are extenuating circumstances. But yes- I’m all about good relationships with your exes,. This year we all had Christmas dinner together including his new wife who I am so so grateful for because I know she helps to keep him safe in regards to mental health. Love more and hate less 💜💜💜

I personally believe that faking confidence and pretending to be something you’re not is very harmful. In my experience in doing this, I feel fake, I feel worthless because I can’t even be myself, it’s a false self and eventually isolate myself from people because I can’t express my true self. I know your intentions were coming from a good place but not everyone has your ideology and it doesn’t work for everyone so telling people to fake it till you make it is harmful…Going to see someone and working through your feelings of self worth and love are truly important because if you don’t face what you’re actually feeling it will just make you feel worse. No hate Chloe just some advice.
i completely agree that you need to work through your feelings of self worth and love! maybe i should have worded it differently and i agree it won’t work for everyone. i think what i’m saying is fake confidence by talking about yourself in a positive manner because talking to yourself positively will hopefully lead to you seeing yourself in a better light and being more confident
