But i also tried one dish by chinese lady, it was steamed egg. It came out nicely but it was too egg smelly. So dear Mr. Shan you will remain my cooking guru. Can you also give suggestion, the dishes we can make while travelling. I dont eat food on board train. Next month we are travelling, two nights and one full day. Please give suggestion.
