- Hello everyone and welcome to the new addition to my retrospectives. Today we're covering another in the Zelda series, Majora's Mask. One of the games I've always thought about doing. Also right near the beginning there is weirdly cropped footage I had, but it fixes around the 2 minute mark. Anyways I hope you all enjoy, and think about what I have to say. This took a while, so a like, comment, or subscribing would be a huge help. Thank you for watching of course. Stay safe!

Majora's Mask may not be the best game gameplay wise, but it is one of the best games lore- and experience wise that will really touch your soul.
I get exactly what you mean. It’s an early game and you can see its flaws for sure. Some of the mechanics can be iffy, and some of the back tracking can get old. Though the lore, and like you said experience is what makes it so great and touching. Thank you for watching!
great video also 100. sub crazy
Thank you so much! And you’re the 100th! I’m so hype rn 😂. I appreciate you watching the vid, I hope you stay along for the ride
Wait that’s crazy I actually never thought about the correlation between the devs being crunched for time and link being crunched for time:0
Wholesome video 10/10 keep up the good work homie 🫡
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it. I hope you’ll stay along for more. I’m really trying to keep improving them.
@@meta.ridley I will fs I subbed and hit the bell looking forward to more videos :)
I'm happy to hear it! I hope I don't disappoint.
Great video but your mic throws it off a bit.
Thanks for talking about one of the best games ever. :-)
Thank you for watching! I’m gonna try out a new mic soon, I’m sorry this one wasn’t great in that way. Thank you for the feedback.
I really like the idea behind this video! I think that the intro had a bit of a pacing issue but i mean this constructively. I look forward to seeing more from you in the future. 😊
Thank you a whole lot! I appreciate the feedback, I’ll definitely work in that. I’m glad you wanna stick around :)!
Pretty cold take there. The GFS is a strictly better Biggoron's Sword -- higher damage than your one-handed option, but the two-handed tradeoff is irrelevant because it's a C-button item instead of a primary weapon.
I can understand that. I was just mostly trying to say that it’s extremely strong, but just the controls with it are weird but I used it anyway. I could just see how some don’t like it.
This video was really, really good! I loved the way you structured everything and how well you articulated your thoughts!
Thank you a whole lot! I really tried hard to get it together. I hope you’ll stick around for more.
This guys really on to something here😮
We are new subscribers - this was a really great analysis. Love this game but it's so difficult and we still haven't been able to come close to beating it 😅
Thank you for watching and subscribing! Hope you’ll stick around for more. It did take me around 40 hours to do all of the stuff I did.
HOW DO YOU ONLY HAVE 97 SUBSCRIBERS???
Thank you for that 😂. It means a lot. I’m really working hard to keep growing. I hope you stay along!
@@meta.ridley i definitely will
I’m happy to hear it! Hope I don’t disappoint.
this feels like it was from 2008 youtube
damn 😭. I know this is probably a bad comment, but I kinda miss old youtube 😂.
@@meta.ridley I meant it in a more nostalgic way, not as an insult
Well thank you I really do appreciate it! I hope you’ll stay around to see more.
daddy
One of my least favorite Zelda games
I respect your opinion, I get why some people may not like it. Out of the mainline series other than botw, and totk it can seem to be the most different of earlier on games. Some could also see it as rushed and I get that.
@@meta.ridley I haven't played Breath or Tears, to be fair. I think the thing that got me about MM is the time looping system, honestly. Like again, I know how it works and what they were going for, it just makes completing and setting up all the side plots and extra stuff... stressful, for me.
Even though I know I can just reset and roll it back, it still feels like I'm on a timer, and that makes it feel more like work than a game, if that makes sense? Prolly not, I'm very aware I'm an extreme minority on this point.
@@versebuchanan512 No man i get that. You can have your preference, i can definitely see where you’re coming from. A huge thing that was meh sometimes for me was the time looping system. Having to constantly reset time to allow time for another side quest did get bleh sometimes. Not too mention some where you can get 2 different outcomes but have to do it twice. So I get exactly what you mean.
